RO water purifier dealers · CRM

One register that knows every unit you installed and when its filter is due.

A CRM for an RO dealer is a single record of every enquiry, quote, installed unit and service date, kept somewhere the whole shop can open. GullySales works on choosing a tool the shop will use and setting it up around the filter calendar.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Water purifier dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Installation record with water source. Record model, serial, installation date, water source and the TDS reading taken that day against every customer.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For RO water purifier dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The register is the business”

A dealer's lasting asset is the list of installed units with model, address and last service. When that list lives in one person's phone or a notebook, the shop loses it the day that person leaves.

  • “Quotes and installations are different records”

A family that asked for a quote is a prospect, and a family with an installed unit is a customer with a service clock. Keeping them in one column hides both who to chase and who is due.

  • “The tool has to suit the counter”

A heavy system the staff avoid is worse than a clean sheet they fill in. Shops in India run on Google Sheets, Zoho CRM or the WhatsApp Business app, and the right one is whichever the technician actually opens.

  • “Brand leads and walk-ins need one home”

A lead from the manufacturer, a call from a map and a walk-in at the counter should land in the same list. Otherwise the shop reports sales from one source and forgets the others.

What we do

What we deliver for RO water purifier dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A register of installed units

Customer, address, model, install date, last service and next filter date for every unit sold.

Result: Each installation has one row that anyone at the counter can look up.

  2. A quote pipeline

Stages from enquiry to quote to demo to order, with the next action and the person responsible.

Result: Every open quote shows who must call next.

  3. A tool chosen with your staff

A comparison of the sheet, a simple CRM and the WhatsApp Business app, ending with one the team agrees to use.

Result: The shop uses the tool, not just owns it.

  4. Import of your existing records

Your notebooks, invoices and phone contacts cleaned and loaded into the register.

Result: The old customers are in the list from the start.

  5. A short guide for the counter

One page on how to log a call, a quote and a service visit.

Result: A new employee can keep the register correctly.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need paid software?
Not necessarily. A well-kept sheet serves a single shop, and we move to a CRM when the volume of quotes and contracts needs reminders and reports. Check each tool's current pricing before you commit.
Who owns the customer data?
The shop does. Keep a copy of the register where the owner can open it, and keep access limited to staff who need it. Customers' phone numbers should be used only for service and offers they expect.
Can the register send reminders itself?
A few tools can, and a sheet can be paired with a reminder routine. We set the reminder text and the due-date rule, then check that messages go to the right customers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
