RO water purifier dealers · Search engine optimisation

Be the page that answers the search typed with a glass of bad water in hand.

SEO for an RO dealer is making your site and pages appear when someone nearby searches about purifier service, water problems or a new unit. GullySales works on the pages, the wording of searches and the links between your service areas and your shop.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Water purifier dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Installation record with water source. Record model, serial, installation date, water source and the TDS reading taken that day against every customer.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For RO water purifier dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searches are written as complaints”

People type that the water tastes bitter, leaves white marks on steel, or smells of earth. A page titled with a brand and a model matches none of that. A page that names the symptom and explains what a dealer checks matches all of it.

  • “Brand sites already own the brand name”

A search for a famous purifier name returns the manufacturer, the marketplaces and the reviewers. A local dealer wins elsewhere: on the service, the area and the water type that the large sites do not write about.

  • “One page for every town is thin”

Copying a page and swapping the area name gives the search engine nothing to trust. A real page for a locality names the roads, the water source and the societies you have already served there.

  • “Service pages beat price lists”

A visitor deciding whether to call needs to know what a membrane change involves, what a tank clean includes and when a unit is beyond repair. Prices change, but a clear explanation keeps earning calls.

What we do

What we deliver for RO water purifier dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A search map for your trade

A list of the questions households and offices type about water, repairs and replacement, grouped into pages you can write.

Result: You see the pages the shop needs before any are written.

  2. Service pages in plain words

Pages for installation, filter change, membrane replacement and annual service, each describing the visit as the technician does it.

Result: Each service has one page that a customer can read in a minute.

  3. Water-type pages for your area

Pages for hard, salty and borewell water, written around the localities you serve.

Result: A search about local water finds a page that is about that water.

  4. Titles and descriptions rewritten

Every page title and description rewritten to carry the search wording and the town.

Result: A results listing reads like an answer rather than a catalogue entry.

  5. A Search Console check

Search Console connected so the real searches that reach the site are visible and the broken pages are found.

Result: The shop sees the searches that reach it and the pages that fail.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can a small dealer rank above the brand websites?
For the brand name, no. For service, repair and water problems near you, a dealer with clear local pages can appear. We aim at those searches, because they are where a nearby buyer is deciding.
Do we need a blog?
Not as a habit. A few pages that answer real questions about water and service are worth more than a blog nobody reads. We write the ones your customers already ask your technician.
Does SEO replace the Maps profile?
No, they work together. Maps brings the nearby searcher who wants a number, and the website answers the longer question. We set up both so one points to the other.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
