Sewage treatment plant companies · Digital marketing

Digital marketing is one plan for builders in the design stage and committees in a crisis.

Digital marketing for a sewage treatment plant company brings search, the website, social media, WhatsApp and referral material into one plan for two kinds of buyer. GullySales works on deciding which channel serves which buyer, and on recording what each one brings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For sewage treatment plant companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two buyers need two plans”

The developer is reached before a search takes place, through lists, consultants and LinkedIn. The committee is reached at the moment of a search or a message. One plan for both spends money in the wrong place.

  • “Paid search suits the crisis”

Searches such as STP operator and STP smell problem come from people who need a visit now. A small paid test in one locality shows how many calls turn into visits before a larger spend is considered.

  • “The website has to survive a forward”

A treasurer sends a link to the committee group. The page they land on must say what you do, where you work and how to reach a person, or the forward goes nowhere.

  • “Without a record, every channel looks the same”

A call from search, a message from a referral and an introduction from a consultant all arrive as an enquiry. Unless each is marked at the start, the plan cannot tell which channel earned the quote.

What we do

What we deliver for sewage treatment plant companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan that splits builders from committees

The channels for each buyer, with the reason for each and the page or message each one leads to.

Result: One page that shows where each rupee of effort goes.

  2. A small paid search test

Ads and a landing page for a single locality, with the calls and visits counted.

Result: You see what the test produced before extending it.

  3. A website that a forward can carry

Home, site-type and city pages written for a person who arrives from a forwarded link.

Result: A visitor knows in one read whether you cover their site.

  4. A source field on every enquiry

The channel marked at the first contact and kept to the quote and the order.

Result: The plan can be judged on quotes and contracts.

  5. A review of the plan after each test

What produced visits, what produced nothing, and what to try next.

Result: The next test is chosen on evidence.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should we begin?
Where your crew is already strong. If operating contracts are your best work, begin with committees and the renewal register, and add builder outreach when the crew can take the builds.
Do builders look at digital channels?
Their consultants and purchase teams do look at a firm online before they call. A clear site and a professional page back up the introduction, though the introduction itself arrives by direct contact.
What should we not spend on?
Anything you cannot trace to a quote. Without a source field you cannot tell a useful channel from a costly one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
