Solar inverter manufacturers · Digital marketing

Plan search, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and the website as one route to the installer.

Digital marketing for a solar inverter manufacturer is the combined use of search, social platforms, email, messaging and the website to reach installers, dealers and engineers. GullySales sets the order of work and joins the channels, so each one hands the buyer to your sales team in the same way.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For solar inverter manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer moves between channels”

An engineer sees a LinkedIn post, searches for the model, reads the datasheet page and later calls a dealer. If each of these channels is run apart, the buyer meets four different messages. One plan that names the next step in each channel removes that gap.

  • “Paid reach to homeowners wastes spend”

Search ads aimed at people looking to buy solar for a house reach buyers who will ask an installer to choose. Spend is better placed on terms an installer or engineer would search, and on dealer recruitment.

  • “Sales and marketing disagree on a good lead”

A download counted by marketing may mean nothing to a regional manager. Agree before launch what counts: a dealer application, a sample request or a registration start.

  • “Export enquiries need their own path”

An overseas distributor searching for a manufacturer wants certifications, company papers and a contact. A page set up for that buyer, separate from the domestic dealer path, avoids sending the wrong information.

What we do

What we deliver for solar inverter manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan

A written plan naming each channel, its audience, its purpose and the handover to sales.

Result: Every channel has a clear job and a clear next step.

  2. Lead definitions agreed with sales

A short list of what counts as a lead for dealers, EPC firms and export buyers.

Result: Marketing and sales report the same thing under the same name.

  3. Paid search plan for installer and engineer terms

A structure for paid campaigns built on terms used by the trade, with budget set by you.

Result: You can see which terms bring dealer or sample requests.

  4. Email and message calendar

Planned sends for launches, training and dealer updates, joined with WhatsApp.

Result: Dealers receive one message plan and not duplicates.

  5. Export enquiry page

A page and enquiry route for overseas distributors with company papers and certification files.

Result: An overseas buyer finds the papers they ask for in one place.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should we start?
With the website and the technical library, since every channel sends buyers there. Then dealer recruitment and installer messaging. Channels that need more effort, such as paid search, come after the pages can convert a visit.
How do we judge whether it works?
Count the actions that matter to sales: dealer applications, first stock orders, sample requests and registrations started. Do not judge by visits alone. We set up the tracking so each of these can be read per channel.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
