Stone quarry companies · Content marketing

Write down what the quarry knows about stone so a buyer trusts it before ringing.

Content marketing for a stone quarry is the writing and pictures that explain stone choice, counting and delivery to a buyer who does not yet know your name. GullySales turns what the manager says on the phone every day into pages, sheets and short posts.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For stone quarry companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The manager answers the same questions daily”

How many pieces make a load, which kerb suits a village road, what size is the boulder for a riverbank. These answers sit in one head. Written once and shared, they serve every buyer who asks.

  • “Counting method causes the dispute”

Rubble sold by the truck, kerbs by the piece and paving by the square metre confuse a first-time buyer. A page that explains how each stone is counted removes an argument before it starts.

  • “Engineers copy from whoever writes clearly”

A junior engineer building an estimate looks for sizes and uses to copy. The quarry whose sheet is readable becomes the quarry named in the document, and the rest are asked to match.

  • “Trusts and households need plain reasons”

A temple trust choosing wall stone wants to know why one stone and not another. A short guide with photographs of finished walls answers that without a sales call.

What we do

What we deliver for stone quarry companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A stone choice guide

A plain guide to which stone suits roads, retaining walls, boundary walls, paths and garden walls.

Result: A buyer can match stone to work without calling.

  2. A page on how each stone is counted

The unit of sale, the way a load is filled and what a signed dispatch note states.

Result: The same counting explanation is read by buyer, driver and clerk.

  3. Finished-work stories with permission

A short description of a wall or path, the stone used and the place, written with the owner's agreement.

Result: Each story names the stone and the job without naming anyone unwilling.

  4. A printed sheet for estimate writers

Sizes, uses and delivery distances on a page that fits a file.

Result: A section office can keep your sheet with the estimate papers.

  5. Answers to the calls the manager takes

The ten questions asked most on the phone, written up as short pages.

Result: The question the phone hears most has a page.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a blog?
Not necessarily. A few well-built guides and product pages do the work. We write what the buyers ask, and publish it where they can find it.
Who checks the technical details?
You do. We draft from your manager's answers, and nothing about size, grade or use goes live until the quarry has read and approved it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
