Talent management agencies · Digital marketing

Decide which channel brings buyers and which brings talent, then stop guessing.

Digital marketing for a talent agency covers search, social media, email, WhatsApp and the website together, pointed at buyers on one side and applicants on the other. GullySales works on choosing the channels, linking them and recording what each brings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For talent management agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two audiences need two plans”

A message that attracts a model does not reach a production head. Budget and effort split sensibly only when the plan states which audience each channel serves.

  • “Paid promotion fits applicants better than buyers”

Hopeful talent respond to adverts for sign-ups. Buyers are few and known by name, so outreach and referrals suit them better than broad advertising.

  • “The website is the one asset that works for both”

Buyers land on portfolio pages and applicants on the sign-up guide. When the site is slow or hard to use on a phone, every other channel feeds a weak page.

  • “Without tracking, the loudest channel wins”

Instagram feels busy, so it gets the effort. A record of where each booking and signing came from shows whether it deserves that effort.

What we do

What we deliver for talent management agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by audience

A short plan stating which channels serve buyers and which serve applicants, with the job of each.

Result: Each channel has a stated purpose.

  2. A tracking sheet for sources

Each request and signing tagged by source, so the plan can be tested against results.

Result: You can see where bookings came from.

  3. Landing pages for each audience

One page for buyers and one for applicants, each with a single clear action.

Result: Visitors reach a page made for them.

  4. Outreach and referral routine

A routine for contacting buyers and thanking those who refer, set out as steps.

Result: Outreach follows a written pattern.

  5. A plain-language review

Results set against the baseline, with a note of what to change next.

Result: You decide the next step on evidence.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should we spend?
That depends on your margin and the value of a signing or a booking. GullySales starts from your own figures and does not set a spend in advance.
Is paid advertising worth it for buyers?
Buyers are a small, nameable group, so list-based outreach fits better. Test before spending, and compare against what outreach brings.
Do we need all channels?
No. Pick the few that match how your audiences find you, and add others when the record shows a reason.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
