Veterinary pharmacies · Digital marketing

Digital marketing for a veterinary pharmacy has to fit a vet, a village and a living room.

Digital marketing for a veterinary pharmacy is the combined use of search, the map, WhatsApp, a simple site and social posts to bring in vets, farmers and pet owners. GullySales works on choosing the few channels that suit your buyers and keeping them within the limits of the trade.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For veterinary pharmacies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The channel follows the buyer, not the fashion”

A vet is reached by a visit and a sheet, a farmer by WhatsApp and a delivery list, a pet owner by search and the map. The plan starts from where each buyer already is.

  • “Spend belongs where intent already exists”

Someone searching for a shop near them with a sick pet has decided to buy. Paid attention aimed at that search, within the platform's rules, works harder than a general ad to everyone.

  • “Prescription medicines are not advertised to the public”

Digital reach for this trade is built on the shop, its service and non-prescription lines. A plan that ignores this risks the account and the licence, so the limits are set before any channel is chosen.

  • “Counting orders matters more than counting clicks”

A click that never reaches the counter is a cost. The shop logs every order with its source, so the digital work is judged by calls, photos and deliveries, not by views.

What we do

What we deliver for veterinary pharmacies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer

Which channels reach the vet, the farmer and the pet owner, and which are left out for this shop.

Result: A one-page plan with a reason beside each channel.

  2. The map and search base

The Google Business Profile and the search pages that carry the shop's name, area and delivery.

Result: Searching the shop's name shows correct details.

  3. WhatsApp as the order desk

The order script, stock sheet and opt-in lists that turn an enquiry into a delivery.

Result: Orders arrive through one logged number.

  4. A compliance sheet

A list of what the shop may and may not say online, built from your licence and the platform's current rules and signed off by your adviser.

Result: A dated sheet checked before any post or ad.

  5. Source tracking at the counter

A question asked at every order about how the customer found the shop, recorded on the sheet.

Result: Orders sit against the channel that brought them.

  6. A review of what worked

The log read for the channels that brought orders, with the others reduced or dropped.

Result: A short list of channels kept and channels stopped.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small shop begin?
With the Google profile and WhatsApp order flow. They cost little and meet buyers at the moment of need. Other channels are added once those work.
Should the shop run paid ads?
Possibly, for pet food, supplements and the shop itself, subject to the platform's current rules. Prescription medicines are not advertised to the public. We set the limits first.
How do we know the work is paying off?
By the order log. Calls, photo orders, deliveries and repeat customers are counted against their source. We report what the log shows, not what we hope.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
