Warehouse rental · Local SEO

Appear on the map when a tenant searches for space near a particular industrial belt.

Local SEO for warehouse rental is the work of making your sheds appear on map and local results for searches tied to a place. GullySales works on your Google profile, your address data and the area pages that tell a search where your space sits.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For warehouse rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The shed is found by place first”

A manager who must stay near a highway or port searches with the location in the query and reads the map result. If your shed has no profile, or the pin sits on the wrong road, a nearer competitor takes the call.

  • “Access is part of the location”

A pin shows a point; the tenant needs the approach road, the gate width and the turning space for a container truck. Describing the route from the highway in plain words tells a visitor whether the vehicle can reach the dock.

  • “Several sheds, one address problem”

A park with several blocks can share one address while each unit has its own gate. A tenant sent to the wrong gate loses the afternoon and the goodwill. Separate entries and clear gate directions prevent that loss.

What we do

What we deliver for warehouse rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google profile set-up

A profile for each site with business type, address, gate pin, photos of the approach and the yard, and a contact route.

Result: Each site has a profile with a pin on the correct gate.

  2. Area pages with route notes

A page per industrial area giving the highway, the approach road and how a truck reaches the dock.

Result: A tenant can read how a container truck reaches the shed.

  3. Directory and portal consistency

Name, address and phone written the same way on every portal and directory entry.

Result: Every entry shows the same name and address.

  4. Photo set

Gate, yard, dock, interior and approach road photographs, named and placed on the profile.

Result: The profile shows the dock and the road, not only a signboard.

  5. Question and reply handling

A short set of replies to the questions that arrive through the profile and calls.

Result: Profile enquiries get a reply in your own words.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we run a profile for a shed that is not open to the public?
A warehouse is visited by appointment, so say so on the profile and give a contact route. Check the platform's current rules on profiles for businesses that do not serve walk-ins.
What if our park has one address for several units?
We set out each unit and gate in your records and on the area page, then raise the shared address with the platform's guidance. The tenant should never have to guess the gate.
Do reviews matter for a warehouse?
Past and present tenants can describe the dock, the staff and the upkeep. Ask them yourself; we do not write reviews or offer anything in return.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
