Warehouse rental · Search engine optimisation

Show up when a logistics manager searches for a shed by area, size and dock.

SEO for warehouse rental means shaping pages and listings so a search for space on lease in your industrial area finds your units. GullySales works on the area pages, the unit detail and the pieces that tell a search engine and a tenant what you hold.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For warehouse rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searches name an area and a size”

A manager types an industrial belt, a highway name or a size band beside the word warehouse. A single page for your whole business matches none of those. A page per area and per size band matches the exact phrase the tenant typed.

  • “Specification is the content”

Clear height, floor load, dock levellers, power load and fire arrangement are the words a tenant compares. Pages that hold them in plain text are read and quoted. Pages holding only a photograph and a phone number give a search engine nothing to place.

  • “Listing sites carry your name too”

Property portals repeat your unit with whatever the last person typed. Mismatched area, size or rent between your site and a portal makes the tenant doubt both. One agreed set of figures, copied everywhere, keeps the shed looking like one shed.

What we do

What we deliver for warehouse rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Area and size pages

One page for each industrial area you hold space in, with size bands, nearby highways and the units on offer.

Result: Each area you serve has its own page with the units named.

  2. Specification text on each unit page

Height, load, docks, power, fire papers held and security written as plain text beside the plan.

Result: A search engine and a tenant read the same figures.

  3. Page titles and descriptions

Titles and descriptions written in the words a tenant types, for every page on the site.

Result: Every page title names the trade, the area and the size.

  4. Listing clean-up

A check of portal and directory entries against your sheet, with a list of wrong figures to correct.

Result: Rent, size and address match across every listing.

  5. Search record

Pages and searches that bring visits are written down against the starting record.

Result: You can see which pages send visitors and which send enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions

  • Enquiries from organic search

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long before the site ranks?
We do not state a timeline or promise a position. Rankings depend on competing sheds, the age of the pages and what the search engine decides, so we report what changed on the site.
Do we need a page for each shed?
A page for each unit that is let separately, and a page for each industrial area. A tenant searching one belt should land on a page about that belt.
Does SEO replace the brokers?
No. Brokers and search bring different tenants. A clear site also helps a broker check your unit before forwarding it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
