Wedding venues · Website

Build a site that shows a wedding and answers the family's first questions.

A website for a wedding venue is the page a family or planner opens after seeing the venue on Instagram or a map, to judge how it photographs and what it allows. GullySales works on the pictures, the practical answers and the enquiry form that turn that look into a visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For wedding venues

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “It is opened on a phone, once, in a hurry”

A family forwards the link to the relatives and each opens it on a phone. If the first screen is slow or shows an empty lawn, they close it. The first view has to be a wedding in the venue.

  • “The rules are what they came for”

Planners look for the vendor policy, the curfew, the rain plan and the capacity before looking at the pictures. A site that hides these in a phone call loses the planner who has other venues to open.

  • “A gallery needs structure”

A single stream of photographs does not tell a family which event they are looking at. Sections for the reception, the sangeet, the pheras and the night view let a family find the one they plan.

  • “An enquiry form should ask for the event”

A form that collects only a name and number leaves staff to ask the rest. Asking for the event, date and guest count at the start gives the team what they need to reply well.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding venues.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A venue page with the answers

Sections for capacity per event, covered area, power backup, parking, curfew, vendor rules and the rain plan.

Result: Planners find the rules without calling.

  2. A structured photograph gallery

Photographs grouped by event and by part of the venue, each with a caption and loaded for phone screens.

Result: A family finds the event they plan at once.

  3. An enquiry form with event details

A form asking for event type, date, guest count and budget range, with an acknowledgement message.

Result: Enquiries arrive with the facts needed.

  4. A planner page

A page with the planner rate sheet, available dates and a contact route for planners.

Result: Planners have a place to go.

  5. A tidy mobile build

Checks on how the pages open and read on a phone, including the gallery and the form.

Result: The site works on the screen families use.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these wedding venues.

  • Lawns and gardens in city outskirts
  • Farmhouses hired for the wedding events
  • Heritage havelis and palace properties
  • Beachside and lakeside venues
  • Resort lawns that rent only the open area
  • Temple-side and riverside ghat-style venues
  • Venues attached to a hotel that take outside planners
  • Farm and orchard venues run by a landowning family

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is a website needed if we have Instagram?
Yes. Instagram shows the venue, but the rules, rates and dates need a place a planner can forward. The site also carries the form that records each enquiry.
Should the rates be on the site?
A starting range, yes. It filters out enquiries that cannot fit and tells serious families where to begin. Full quotes depend on the date and event, so give those after the enquiry.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
