Wind energy companies · Digital marketing

Plan the website, search, social and outreach as one set around your sales stages.

Digital marketing for a wind company joins the website, search, content, social and direct outreach into one plan matched to a long sales cycle. GullySales sets out which channel serves landowners, which serves buyers and which serves operators.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For wind energy companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Paid reach suits service, not land”

Search advertising can bring a plant owner looking for maintenance. It rarely suits the search for suitable wind land, which depends on survey data and village contact.

  • “The channels must say the same thing”

A group website, a project-company page and an operations-arm profile that describe different capacities confuse every reader. One agreed set of facts must feed all of them.

  • “Digital supports meetings, it does not replace them”

A wind sale closes in rooms and on site visits. The online presence earns the meeting and holds the proof that the buyer, lender or landowner checks afterwards.

What we do

What we deliver for wind energy companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan by audience

A table of which channel reaches landowners, buyers, lenders and operators, and what each should say.

Result: Effort goes where each audience is reachable.

  2. One fact sheet for the group

A verified record of capacity, sites and company details that every page and profile draws on.

Result: The group, project company and service arm agree.

  3. Outreach programme for buyers

Researched introductions to energy heads and procurement teams, with letters your team approves.

Result: Cold contact carries real context.

  4. Campaign for service enquiries

A focused search and content plan for maintenance and repowering services.

Result: Operators find a clear route to ask.

  5. A review of what brought conversations

A look at which channels led to serious talks, based on your own tagging.

Result: You decide spend from your own records.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small wind firm start?
With a verified fact sheet and a clear website. Everything else builds on those, so the later channels all point to accurate pages.
Do we need paid advertising?
Not for every segment. Service firms may find it useful; developers may gain more from direct introductions and a strong project record.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
