Astrologers · Website

A site where a parent finds your tradition, your fee and your booking in one look.

A website for an astrologer is where a family checks, after a relative gives your name, your tradition, your languages and what a sitting costs. GullySales builds a plain site with a page for each consultation and a booking route that works on a parent's phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For astrologers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is checked after the referral”

A relative says to go to this astrologer, and the family looks you up before calling. What they find in a minute decides whether the call happens, so tradition, languages and fee must be visible at once.

  • “An app-style site looks like an app”

Pop-ups, countdown offers and free-kundli widgets make a practitioner look like a per-minute service. A quiet site with your name, your teacher and a plain description sets you apart at once.

  • “Two readers, two languages”

The elder reads Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Hindi and the grandchild reads English. A site in one language loses the other reader, so the key pages should exist in both, written by a person rather than machine translated.

What we do

What we deliver for astrologers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that says who you are

Your name, tradition, teacher, languages, years of practice and consulting hours at the top, with the booking route beside them.

Result: A visitor knows whether you suit them within a moment.

  2. A page for each consultation with its fee

What the family brings, what they receive and what it costs, for matching, muhurta, naming and general consultations.

Result: Nobody hesitates to call for fear of the price.

  3. A booking form that collects birth details

Date, time and place of birth, the occasion and the language, with a clear note on how the details are kept.

    Result: A booking arrives complete.

  4. A privacy note in plain words

Where birth details are stored, who sees them and how a family asks for them to be deleted.

Result: Families know their children's details are safe with you.

  5. Pages in the languages your families read

Key pages written in the languages spoken at home, not translated word for word from English.

Result: The elders can read about you themselves.

  6. A site built for a parent's phone

Large readable type, a call button and a WhatsApp button that stay on screen, and pages that open on an ordinary connection.

Result: An elder can book without asking for help.

  7. Ownership in your own name

Domain, hosting and analytics registered under your account, with helpers added as users.

Result: The site stays yours if a helper leaves.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Astrologers attached to temples or maths
  • KP astrology practitioners
  • Nadi astrology centres
  • Numerologists
  • Tarot readers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You would add a free chart tool to attract visitors, which makes the site look like the apps and which this page does not build
  • You have not written your fee for each consultation, and a booking form that hides the fee loses the parents who check first
  • Your site would be held by a relative or a freelancer in their own name, and you would not control it if the arrangement changed

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have a Business Profile and WhatsApp?
A listing shows hours and a number. A site shows your tradition, your fees and how a sitting runs, which a family wants before booking a serious matter. The two work together, and the site is the one place you fully control.
Should the site carry a free kundli tool?
No. It draws people who want a free chart and gives the site the look of an app. It also means holding birth details from visitors you never consult. Keep the site for the consultations you give.
Can we show a sample chart or report?
Show a blank format or a sample with invented details, so families see what they will receive. Never display a real family's chart, photograph or name without their written permission.
Why should the site be built for a parent's phone?
Parents search late in the evening on the phone in their hand. A large font, a visible call button and a plain page let an elder book without asking a grandchild, and a site that is hard to read sends them back to an app.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
