Farm consulting companies · Digital marketing

Choose the few online routes that reach a landowner at the moment of decision.

Digital marketing for a farm consulting company is the choice and running of online routes, such as search, maps, social, video and email, that bring landowners and institutions to a paid visit. GullySales sets the order of work with you and reads each route against your own enquiry records.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For farm consulting companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every route competes for one small team”

A consultancy has a few people and a full diary of field days. Running search, social, video and ads at once spreads thin work across all. Starting with the one or two routes closest to a buyer's decision gives better results from the same hours.

  • “Paid ads suit rescue, not discovery”

A farmer with a failing crop searches in a hurry and may click an ad. A person thinking about buying land is not in a hurry. Spend on the first, and use pages and video for the second.

  • “Numbers must come from your own file”

Clicks and views flatter a campaign. The figures that matter are paid visits and engagements, which only your own records show. Every route needs a way to tag its enquiries.

  • “Seasons move the demand”

Interest in orchards, vegetables and field crops rises and falls with the farming calendar and the buying of land. Plans that ignore the calendar spend in dull months and go silent at the moment of need.

What we do

What we deliver for farm consulting companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A route plan with reasons

A short plan naming the routes to start, the order, and why each suits your buyers.

Result: The plan states which route comes first and why.

  2. Tracking set up on your enquiries

Source tags on the form, the phone line and the chat link, recorded in your sheet or CRM.

Result: Each enquiry carries the route that brought it.

  3. A small paid test where it fits

A bounded test of search ads for rescue topics, with the budget set by you and a stop point agreed.

Result: The test has a budget and a stop agreed in writing.

  4. A calendar of farming moments

A chart of the crop and buying seasons in your region, mapped to the pages and posts you will publish.

Result: Content is planned ahead of each moment.

  5. A route-by-route reading

What each route sent, how many became paid visits, and what to change.

Result: You can see which route earned its place.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The searches that tell a farm consultancy which online route to start with.

farm consultant for new farmland
Points to a landing page for first-time owners with a clear paid-visit offer. This is where a small test of paid search fits.
agri project report bank loan
Points to a papers checklist and a short enquiry form. The searcher is close to a deadline and compares advisers.
salty borewell water crop damage
A rescue search suited to a short paid test and a page that answers the problem. The owner wants a person, not a brochure.
weekend farm management
Points to a page about absent-owner management and a profile for your districts. The buyer sits in a city and searches from there.
organic certification consultant
A page on the steps and papers, with a route to an enquiry. The reader is planning, not rushing.

Who it is for

This is written for these farm consulting companies.

  • Crop and agronomy advisers working with commercial growers
  • Consultants for weekend farms and farmhouse plantations
  • Horticulture and orchard planning consultants
  • Organic and natural farming transition advisers
  • Agri project report and bank loan consultants
  • Farm management firms who run a farm for an absent owner
  • Water, soil and irrigation planning consultants
  • Agribusiness advisers for processing units and FPOs

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You are a small team with no one to answer an enquiry, and every new route would split attention you do not have.
  • You have no tracking of where calls come from, so no route could be judged.
  • You expect a promise of clients from the plan. No one can give it; keep a log and judge from your own file.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small consultancy start?
With a clear site, a business profile and pages for the problems owners search, then add video or ads once enquiries are recorded. We do not start all at once.
Do we need a big ad budget?
No. Set a sum you are comfortable losing, run a bounded test, and judge it by paid visits. GullySales does not take a share of your ad spend.
Can you guarantee clients from digital marketing?
No. We work on the routes and the records and show you what each sent. Whether an enquiry becomes a client depends on your visit and your fee.
How do the seasons change an online plan for a farm consultant?
They move demand. Enquiries about planting and water rise when the land is being prepared, and about loans before a scheme or a bank deadline. Plan pages and any paid test around those moments, and keep a note in your own file of when each kind of enquiry arrived.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
