LED wall rental companies · Digital marketing

Put the right screen in front of the right organiser, in the right city.

Digital marketing for an LED wall rental company is the combined work of search, ads, profile, content and messages that makes organisers, agencies and brand teams aware of you. GullySales works on how those parts join up and which are worth the effort for your stock and city.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For LED wall rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Not every channel suits every show”

Search ads reach a producer who needs a wall next month. A Google profile reaches a nearby organiser. Outreach reaches a brand team before their event. Spending evenly across all of them is wasteful.

  • “Peaks and troughs change the plan”

Wedding and fest months fill the stock without help. Outside those months, effort goes towards corporate and exhibition buyers who book at other times, so the plan moves with the calendar.

  • “An ad that lands on a homepage fails”

A producer who clicks an ad for conference screens and lands on a general page leaves. The landing page must ask the event questions and answer the first worry at once.

  • “Everything must lead to a conversation”

Impressions and followers are not bookings. Each channel needs a path to a call or a message with the quote questions, and a way to see which path the booking came from.

What we do

What we deliver for LED wall rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan by season and buyer

A calendar showing which buyers and channels get effort in the busy and quiet months.

Result: You know where effort goes in each season.

  2. Search ads and landing pages

Ads for screen hire by event type and city, each landing on a page for that event.

Result: Clicks arrive at a page that fits the search.

  3. Profile, pages and content joined up

The profile, event pages and guides pointed at each other, with the same wording and numbers.

Result: A buyer sees one consistent supplier.

  4. Outreach to agencies and brand teams

Direct messages and packs for the buyers who book repeatedly.

Result: Your repeat buyers hear from you first.

  5. A source record

Enquiries and bookings tagged by channel, read against spend.

Result: You can see which channels earn their cost.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The right channel depends on which organiser searches and when.

LED wall rental [city]
Answered by a city page, a map profile and, for peak months, a search ad that lands on a page with a size form.
wedding stage LED backdrop supplier
Answered by a gallery and a planner page. Wedding planners also look on social platforms, so the gallery is shared there.
conference LED screen with live camera
Answered by a corporate page and by a direct approach to event agencies, since the buyer is a repeat client.
outdoor screen for sports or rally
Answered by a mobile screen page and a search ad running only around the event season.
[your company] LED reviews
The search an agency runs before calling. Consistent listings and event photographs answer it.

Who it is for

This is written for these LED wall rental companies.

  • Indoor LED wall rental companies for ballrooms and convention halls
  • Outdoor LED screen suppliers for concerts and open-air events
  • Wedding stage LED backdrop providers
  • LED screen suppliers for sports screenings and community events
  • Mobile LED screen van and trailer operators
  • Corporate event LED and video wall suppliers
  • LED wall and live camera production teams
  • LED screen suppliers for exhibitions and trade shows

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your panels are already booked on every peak date, and more demand would only mean turning events away.
  • You expect an ad to work when it lands on a homepage with no size form.
  • No one records which channel brought each booking, so you could not judge the spend.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should we start?
Start with the Google profile, one landing page and a quick enquiry reply. These cost little and tell you whether the demand exists.
What budget do we need?
It depends on your city, stock and goals, so we will not name a figure here. Start small, read the enquiries and raise spend only where bookings follow.
Should we plan campaigns around peak months?
Run the heavier effort before the periods when events cluster in your city, and use the quiet weeks for corporate and exhibition buyers. Your own stock sets the limit, since extra demand beyond your panels is wasted. Plan the pages first, then the outreach.
What should we measure?
Count the bookings by source, the enquiries that reach a quote, and the reasons quotes are lost. Page visits tell you little by themselves. If a channel brings enquiries that never become quotes, change the page it lands on before spending more on it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
