OTT content studios · Website

Give platforms and brands a studio site that answers their first questions.

A website for an OTT content studio is the place a commissioner, brand or aggregator goes to check the studio before a meeting. GullySales works on series pages, a people page, a private area for pitch material and clear enquiry routes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For OTT content studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is the verification step”

After a pitch is read, the reader looks up the studio. An out-of-date site or a page of unfinished work undoes a good note. The site needs the current slate, the team and a way to ask, kept up to date as projects move.

  • “A public site cannot hold confidential projects”

Unreleased and unsold projects must not sit in public view. A password-protected pitch area, with a link per reader, lets the studio share material while controlling it. The public pages show released and announced work only.

  • “Three visitors want three things”

A platform executive wants slate fit and track record. A brand wants past integrations. A writer or actor wants to know how to approach the studio. A home page that speaks to each in turn, with a clear route for each, serves them better than a general showreel.

  • “Rights and readiness belong on the licensing page”

An aggregator checks language, runtime, rights status and technical specification. A page or downloadable sheet per title saves them a call, and saves the studio from answering the same question repeatedly.

What we do

What we deliver for OTT content studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

Pages for studio, series, team, brands, licensing and contact, ordered by who visits.

Result: A page map you approve before build.

  2. Series page template

Title, genre, language, synopsis, trailer, cast, crew and status on a repeatable layout.

Result: Every series on the same layout.

  3. Protected pitch area

A private section for unreleased projects with access set for each reader.

Result: Pitch material shared by link, not attachment.

  4. Licensing and catalogue pages

A list of finished titles with rights and technical details.

Result: A page an acquisition team can use on its own.

  5. Enquiry routes

Separate forms for platforms, brands, creators and press, each going to the right person.

Result: Each enquiry arriving with its audience labelled.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these OTT content studios.

  • Studios producing scripted web series for national platforms
  • Regional-language originals studios
  • Short-form and micro-drama studios
  • Documentary and true-crime series producers
  • Studios that run their own channels or apps
  • Branded-series studios working with consumer brands
  • Studios licensing finished catalogue to platforms

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your released work is under a confidentiality term that bars showing it, and the site would be empty
  • Nobody will maintain the protected area, and old links to withdrawn projects would stay live
  • Your pitch material is not finished, and a site would send visitors to something half built

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show unreleased projects on the site?
Keep them in a protected area shared by link. Public pages should hold released or already announced work, and your agreements may limit even that, so check them before publishing.
Can you build on our existing site?
Yes, where the platform allows the pages needed. If the existing site cannot hold series pages and a protected area, we say so and set out options before any work starts.
Do we need a script submission page?
Only if the studio reads unsolicited scripts. A submission page without a reader creates a pile no one answers. If you do read them, say what you accept, how to send it and that you may not reply. Take your lawyer's advice on unsolicited material.
Can the site show a showreel?
Yes, if every clip is released work and your agreements allow showing it. A reel of unreleased material can breach confidentiality. Link to the platform's page for each title, where a viewer can watch it in full.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
