Preschool franchises · Digital marketing

Spend where the parent searches and the future centre owner reads.

Digital marketing for a preschool franchise covers search, maps, social and paid ads aimed at parents near a centre and at people considering owning one. GullySales decides with you which channels earn attention for each, and measures tours and admissions rather than clicks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For preschool franchises

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The brand and the centre do not share an audience”

The franchisor wants owners across the country. The centre wants families inside a few kilometres. Putting both on one budget leaves the centre paying for national reach it cannot serve.

  • “Clicks are not tours”

A parent can tap an ad and never call. Measuring only cost per click rewards the wrong thing. What matters is how many enquiries became tours, and how many tours became admissions.

  • “Timing follows the academic year”

Spending evenly across the calendar wastes budget in quiet weeks and runs out in the busy ones. The plan should follow the registration and open day dates of each city.

  • “Education advertising has limits”

Claims of results, rankings or comparisons with named schools invite trouble. Advertising rules differ by state and profession, so check with your own adviser before publishing a claim.

What we do

What we deliver for preschool franchises.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for parents

Search, maps, social and local outreach weighted by what produces tours at your centres.

Result: You can see which channel brings tours and which only brings clicks.

  2. A channel plan for owners

Search, social and referral routes aimed at teachers, families with property and school owners.

Result: Owner leads are traced to a source.

  3. Ad copy checked for claims

Each advertisement read for outcome and comparison language.

Result: No advertisement promises a result for a child.

  4. A calendar-based budget

Spend scheduled around open days and registration dates for each city.

Result: The budget peaks when families decide.

  5. A tour-and-admission scorecard

A table of enquiries, tours and admissions by centre and source, kept in plain figures.

Result: A glance shows where families drop out.

  6. A landing page per audience

One page for parents, one for owners, one for school management.

Result: Each visitor reaches a page written for them.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Spend where parents and prospective owners look, and keep the two apart.

preschool admission in a named locality
A map profile and a centre page for the parent searching near home. The click ends in a tour request, not a general brand page.
playgroup and nursery with daycare
A search campaign for working parents pointing to the page that lists hours and daycare, with a form for the tour.
preschool franchise cost and support
A franchise landing page for prospective owners, stating what the brand supplies and what the owner arranges, with a form that asks for city and property.
housing society and community groups
Outreach to resident groups with a message from the head and an open day invitation, within the group's own rules.
retargeting visitors who read the fee page
A reminder to people who read the page and left, pointing to the tour booking. Needs the site to record that visit and carry no child data.

Who it is for

This is written for these preschool franchises.

  • Play school and nursery brands
  • Montessori-based preschool franchises
  • Preschool brands run from a home or a villa
  • Preschool wings opened inside existing schools
  • Daycare and early-learning combined brands
  • Brands with franchise rights for a city or district
  • Preschool brands in apartment complexes and gated communities
  • International early-learning methods sold through franchise

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your tour slots are not set, and a click would end in a form nobody answers
  • Your franchisor has not approved ad wording, and the claims in the copy could breach the agreement

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How much should a centre spend?
We do not set a figure without seeing your fees, capacity and local competition. Start from the number of seats to fill and the cost of an admission you can afford.
Is paid advertising necessary?
Not always. A strong map listing and local outreach may fill a centre. We look at your tour numbers before recommending paid spend.
Can education advertising say a centre is the best in the area?
Do not use ranking or superiority claims. State what the centre offers and let families visit. Education advertising rules differ by state and platform, so check the current rules and your own adviser before running anything that compares centres.
When in the year should a centre advertise?
Plan around the admission season set by your area and the franchisor, and begin before neighbouring centres fill their seats. Look at last year's enquiry dates, if recorded, for when parents began asking. Avoid spending when no seat is open.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
