Preschool franchises · WhatsApp marketing

Meet parents where they already talk to the centre: on WhatsApp.

WhatsApp marketing for a preschool franchise is the use of WhatsApp for enquiry replies, tour bookings and parent updates, with consent. GullySales works on the first reply, the tour invitation and the rules for what the centre sends and to whom.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For preschool franchises

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents message before they call”

A parent comparing centres sends a message at night and expects an answer when the day starts. A centre that replies with the age groups, timings and a tour invitation is already ahead of the one that sends a brochure.

  • “A broadcast list is not a parent group”

Adding every parent to a group means personal numbers are visible and unrelated messages flood in. Separate lists for enquiries, current parents and prospective owners keep each conversation relevant.

  • “Consent comes first”

A parent who asked about a seat has not agreed to festival offers. Record what the parent agreed to receive and honour a request to stop. Check the platform's current rules and your own adviser's view on messaging permissions.

  • “Photographs sent to current parents are still private”

Sharing a child's photo in a group shows it to every family in it. Send individual images to the parent concerned or use group posts only for activities with no child's face.

What we do

What we deliver for preschool franchises.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A first-reply message set

Wording for age groups, timings, fee enquiry route and tour invitation, ready for the person on the phone.

Result: The first reply is written once and sent the same way each time.

  2. A tour booking message

A message with weekend slots, a map pin and a request for the child's age.

Result: A parent books a visit without a phone call.

  3. Separate lists with consent

Distinct lists for enquirers, enrolled families and owner candidates, with a record of what each agreed to.

Result: No parent receives a message meant for another list.

  4. Rules for groups

Who may post, what may be shared and how child images are handled.

Result: A group stays useful and respectful.

  5. A business number plan

Advice on using a dedicated centre number and the official business tools in ordinary use in India.

Result: Parents message the centre, not the teacher's personal phone.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Use these messages because parents write on WhatsApp before they phone.

First reply to an enquiry
A greeting from the centre naming the head or counsellor, a question about the child's age band and two tour times.
Tour confirmation with a location pin
The address, a pin, the gate to use and the person to ask for. A parent arriving with a child needs to find the entrance at once.
Admission documents list
A plain message listing what the family brings and the forms they sign, with the centre's own hours for the office.
Fee structure as approved by the franchisor
Send the amounts the franchisor has approved for the centre, with what is included. Do not quote a figure that has not been cleared.
Open day and event invitation
A single invitation with date, time and RSVP, sent only to families who agreed to hear from the centre.

Who it is for

This is written for these preschool franchises.

  • Play school and nursery brands
  • Montessori-based preschool franchises
  • Preschool brands run from a home or a villa
  • Preschool wings opened inside existing schools
  • Daycare and early-learning combined brands
  • Brands with franchise rights for a city or district
  • Preschool brands in apartment complexes and gated communities
  • International early-learning methods sold through franchise

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your centre phone is shared with a teacher's personal use, and parent chats could be seen by others
  • You plan to message numbers collected from forms that carried no consent, and the platform could restrict the account

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to every enquirer?
Only to those who agreed to receive them. Keep a record of the permission and make stopping easy. Check the platform's current rules before any bulk sending.
Should teachers use their own numbers?
No. Use a centre number held by the centre, so a teacher's leaving does not take parent conversations with them.
Should the centre create a group for new admissions?
Only with each parent's agreement to be added, and with clear rules on what the group is for. A group exposes every parent's number to the others. A broadcast list with consent keeps replies private to each family.
Can a counsellor send pictures of the child's day to a parent?
Only with the parent's agreement and only of their own child, never of other children in frame. Photographs of children are sensitive, so keep them on the centre's number and delete them from personal phones. Ask your own adviser about the rules in your state.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
