PropTech startups · Website

Give a developer, a broker and a home seeker each a front door of their own.

A website for a PropTech startup is the set of pages that tells developers, brokers, landlords and home seekers what the product does for them. GullySales works on the structure, the wording and the forms so each visitor finds the page meant for them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For PropTech startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A single homepage confuses three visitors”

A builder reading about tenants, or a tenant reading about CRM integration, leaves unsure the site is for them. The homepage should send each audience to its own page in the first screen, with a plain label for each.

  • “A developer page needs their own project shown”

A sales head wants to see a demonstration on their project, an integration note and a reference they can call. A page with a generic tower image and a feature grid gives none of these and does not earn the demo request.

  • “The listing page carries the trust”

A home seeker checks photographs, rent, locality and the word verified. The page must say what was verified, link to the explanation and show the registration detail exactly as the authority record has it for a project.

  • “Brokers use the site on a phone, one-handed”

A broker adding a listing between visits needs a form that works on a mobile connection, accepts photographs from the gallery and saves progress. A desktop-first form loses them at the second field.

What we do

What we deliver for PropTech startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An audience-routing homepage

A first screen that sends developers, brokers, landlords and home seekers to their own pages.

Result: Each audience reaches its page in one tap.

  2. A developer page and demo request

A page with the integration note, reference call list and a form that asks for the project to be shown.

Result: A form that captures the project name and CRM in use.

  3. A listing page template

A template showing photographs, rent, verification status and a link to what verified means.

Result: Every listing page carries the same checkable information.

  4. A mobile broker listing flow

A phone-first form for adding a listing with gallery upload and saved progress.

Result: A listing can be added on a phone without retyping.

  5. A claims and RERA detail check

A review of each project page against the authority record before publishing.

Result: A checked record for each project page.

  6. Tracking on every form

Source and audience recorded with each enquiry and passed into the CRM.

Result: Each enquiry in the CRM shows the page it came from.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have not decided which audience the first release serves, so the homepage would address nobody in particular.
  • You have no project, listing or demo to show, and a polished site would only lengthen the wait for proof.
  • Your product claims about verification have not been read by an adviser.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we build separate sites for each audience?
One site with clear sections is easier to keep current. If one audience needs a different brand or domain, we plan it separately, but start with one site and distinct front doors.
What must a project page show?
Only details the developer supplies and the authority record shows, such as registration number and project name. Rules differ by state, so check with your own legal adviser before publishing.
Do we need our own listing engine?
If listings are your product, yes, and it needs care for speed and search. If you list rarely, a simple page template is enough. We look at your volume before recommending.
What must a project page on our site show for a regulated development?
Show only what the developer supplied and the authority's record confirms, such as the registration detail, and point readers to the authority's site to check. Rules differ by state, so have your adviser read the page before it goes live.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
