Security services companies · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to book the survey and share the proposal, never a guard's details.

WhatsApp for a security agency is the channel where a facility manager sends a site address, a committee secretary asks for a quote and a supervisor shares a visit report. GullySales sets up a business account, saved replies and a rule for what is never sent.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For security services companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The enquiry arrives as a forwarded message”

A society secretary forwards your number into a residents' group, and a facility manager pastes your name into a chat with a colleague. Whoever answers that message first gets the survey.

  • “A personal phone is the weak point”

When the enquiry goes to the owner's own number, it vanishes when the phone is lost or the person is away. A business account with several named users keeps the conversation with the agency.

  • “Site detail does not belong in a group”

Shift charts, post positions and guard names should not travel in a group that includes people outside the contract. Send the proposal to named contacts and keep operational detail out of open chats.

  • “Guards also write to this number”

Applicants and serving guards message the same line as buyers. Without a separate number, a quote request sits under a salary query.

What we do

What we deliver for security services companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business account with named users

A verified profile showing the agency name, services and office hours, with the sales team and supervisors added as users.

Result: A buyer's message reaches the agency, not one phone.

  2. Saved replies for the common enquiries

Guarding, CCTV monitoring, event cover and society quotes, each with the questions to ask first: posts, shifts, start date and decision maker.

Result: The first reply asks what the quote needs.

  3. A proposal and report sharing routine

Which documents go to which contacts, in what format, and who sends them, with the supervisor visit report sent to the client contact.

Result: The client holds a record of each visit.

  4. A separate recruitment number

A second line with its own auto-reply for guards seeking posts, so the sales line stays for buyers.

Result: A quote request is not buried under job messages.

  5. An opt-in and message rule

Contacts recorded with their consent, a note of what they agreed to receive and a working way to stop messages.

Result: Your messages go only to people who asked for them.

  6. Conversations tagged to the record

Each enquiry that starts here entered in the sales record with its source and stage.

Result: You can count contracts that began on this channel.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Use WhatsApp to capture these and send these.

Site type and location
Ask on the first message, before any rate. It tells you whether your supervisors can reach it.
Posts and shift pattern
Ask for the number of guards and hours wanted. A clear answer lets the proposal start from facts.
Survey slot offered
Send two options and ask for a yes. A written yes settles the day and the visitor's name.
Company profile document
Send the approved profile, not guard details. The buyer can forward it to colleagues who have not met you.
Proposal link or file
Send with a short covering line and the date for the next call. Log the message to the record.
Reply for applicants
A saved reply directing job seekers to a separate hiring number, so buyer chats stay clear.

Who it is for

This is written for these security services companies.

  • Manned guarding for corporate offices
  • Residential society and gated community security
  • Industrial and factory security
  • Retail and mall security
  • Event and venue security
  • CCTV and control room monitoring services
  • Cash and valuables escort services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Supervisors use personal numbers with clients, and the agency will not move to a shared business line.
  • You have no one to reply during working hours, so a fast channel would show the delay.
  • You plan to message past contacts without asking, which would cost you goodwill with facility managers.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message past enquiries to bring them back?
Only those who agreed to hear from you. Check the platform's current rules on business messages before any broadcast. A short, useful note to a known contact is safer than a blast to a bought list.
Should supervisors use their own numbers for client updates?
Better to use the business account with each supervisor as a named user. If a supervisor leaves, the conversation history and the client relationship stay with the agency.
Is it safe to share a guard's photograph or ID on a chat?
Share only what the client needs, with the guard's knowledge, and keep ID numbers and addresses out of chats. Guards' data is personal data. Ask your own adviser what your contracts and the law require.
Should a client group on WhatsApp include the site's guards?
No. Keep client chats with managers and supervisors only. A group with guards invites complaints and exposes duty detail to people who need not see it. Use the supervisor as the link, and record any instruction in the client record.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
