Water purifier manufacturers · Lead generation

Turn a borewell-water search into a call the nearest dealer answers.

Lead generation for a purifier manufacturer means collecting household, commercial and dealership enquiries and putting each one in front of the person who can act on it. GullySales works on the enquiry sources, the pin-code routing and the record that shows which leads were called back.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For water purifier manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Household and dealership enquiries are different leads”

A household asking about hard water and a shop owner asking about a dealership need different next steps. Pooled in one inbox, the dealership enquiry waits behind a service complaint, and the household enquiry goes to a regional office that does not stock the model. Separate them at the form.

  • “An enquiry from a town with no dealer”

A household in a district you do not cover gets a polite reply and is forgotten. The same enquiry tells your sales head that people in that town want the brand and nobody there sells it, which is the start of a dealer conversation.

  • “The marketplace sale that still needs an installer”

A buyer compares the price on a marketplace, buys there and then phones the nearest dealer or the toll-free line to get the unit fitted. Those calls are demand you paid to create, so capture the buyer and route the installation to a named local technician.

  • “Leads that die at the counter”

A forwarded lead reaches a dealer who is busy with a shop full of customers. Nobody records whether the call was made. The manufacturer hears about the lost sale only when the household complains on social media.

What we do

What we deliver for water purifier manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Three enquiry forms

Separate forms for households, offices and housing societies, and shop owners who want to stock the brand, each asking for the details the next person needs.

Result: Three forms live on the site, each feeding its own list.

  2. A pin-code routing sheet

Each pin code is matched to the nearest dealer and technician, with a fallback to the distributor when no dealer is listed.

Result: A sheet your team can edit when a dealer is added or dropped.

  3. A source-tagged lead log

Every enquiry carries its source: website, search ad, marketplace, toll-free line, dealer or referral.

Result: A log that shows where each lead came from and who holds it.

  4. A call-back check

A short routine that asks the dealer whether the household was reached and what happened, and flags the lead if there is no answer.

Result: A list of leads still open against each dealer.

  5. A list of uncovered towns

Enquiries from towns with no dealer are gathered and passed to the district sales manager.

Result: A town-wise list that guides where the next dealer drive starts.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

What to record when a household or a shop owner asks about a purifier.

Town and pin code
Written from the first message. It decides which dealer gets the lead and shows when a town has none.
Water source
Borewell, tanker, municipal or tank. The dealer needs it to recommend RO, UV or UF without guessing.
Household size or use
A family flat, an office pantry or a clinic. Sets the capacity the dealer should discuss.
Household or dealership enquiry
Marked at the first reply. A shop owner asking for a dealership needs the area manager, not the nearest dealer.
Dealer the lead was passed to
Name and time of handoff. Without it nobody can ask why a lead was not called.

Who it is for

This is written for these water purifier manufacturers.

  • RO, UV and UF household purifier brands selling through retail dealers
  • Brands selling under a private label to kitchen appliance chains
  • Commercial and office purifier makers for canteens, schools and clinics
  • Under-sink and wall-mounted purifier makers focused on online sales
  • Hot and cold dispenser manufacturers for offices
  • Assemblers that supply units to regional brands and distributors
  • Purifier brands with a franchise or exclusive dealer model
  • Makers of domestic water softener and purifier combinations

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no dealer in the town the enquiry came from, so the lead would reach a household you cannot serve.
  • Dealers do not report what happened to a lead, so counting leads would tell you nothing about sales.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We ask how many enquiries your team can answer well, who answers after hours, and what a good enquiry looks like. Without this, the system fills a funnel nobody is watching.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We read your call log, WhatsApp chats, enquiry sheet and platform dashboards. The baseline is recorded: enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Search and maps are chosen for people ready to buy, ads for people who are not yet looking, and content and referrals for trust.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms, tags, the lead record and the first-reply message are built and tested end to end. We submit test enquiries ourselves before any media money is spent.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

Enquiries are traced to source and judged by what became orders, not by volume alone. Channels that fill the sheet with poor enquiries are cut back. How often you are reported to is agreed in writing.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do you send leads straight to dealers?
Yes, by pin code, once your sales head has agreed which dealers receive leads and on what terms. The dealer sees the lead, and the log records whether the household was called back.
Can you promise a number of leads?
No. Lead volume depends on your brand, price, dealer spread and the towns involved. We set up the sources and the routing, then show you what each source sends and what happens to each lead.
What happens to a lead from a town with no dealer?
Record it as a gap and pass it to the area manager as a dealership prospect. A cluster of enquiries from one town is evidence for appointing a dealer there. Do not route it to a distant dealer who cannot install or service.
Which enquiries should go to a dealer first?
Household enquiries from a town where you have a dealer. The dealer can visit, demonstrate and install, and the buyer judges the brand by that visit. Send dealership enquiries to the area manager, who handles terms.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
