Water purifier manufacturers · Digital marketing

Run search, dealer outreach and service as one plan instead of three separate ones.

Digital marketing for a purifier manufacturer is the combined use of search, the website, messaging and online listings to bring households and dealers to the brand and keep them there. GullySales works on how these parts connect to your dealers and service team, and on measuring each by its source.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For water purifier manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Ads that send buyers to no dealer”

A search ad for borewell water that lands on the home page sends the buyer to a catalogue. It needs to land on the water page for that town, with the nearest dealer's name and number on it.

  • “Online price and dealer margin pull apart”

A lower online price tells the dealer the brand is working against the shop. Listing text and pricing logic agreed with the dealer scheme keep the shop recommending the model.

  • “Buyers sit in particular towns, not across the whole country”

A household in a hard-water district is a better lead than one where the municipal supply is soft. Choose towns by water problem and dealer cover, and the budget stays on places where a dealer can answer the call.

  • “Enquiry sources sit in different sheets”

Website enquiries, toll-free calls, marketplace orders and dealer referrals sit in separate sheets. Without one count, nobody knows which source brings a buyer who actually installs the unit.

What we do

What we deliver for water purifier manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

Which of search, website, WhatsApp, marketplace and social media carries which job for households and for dealers, with the budget split between them agreed by your sales head.

Result: A one-page plan with an owner for each channel.

  2. Search campaigns for water searches

Campaigns built on hard water, borewell water and high TDS terms, run for towns where you have dealers.

Result: Campaigns that end on a dealer-linked page.

  3. Landing pages by town

Pages for the towns you sell in, naming the water issue and the dealer.

Result: A page for each active town.

  4. Marketplace alignment

Listing text, answers and service promises set against the dealer scheme.

Result: A listing sheet your marketplace manager follows.

  5. Source tracking

Tags on forms, calls and links so each enquiry carries its source.

Result: A single count of enquiries by source.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Where each buyer looks, and what each channel must carry.

Water problem searches
Pages on borewell, salty or hard water, ending with the nearest dealer. Where the household begins.
Dealer locator
A page listing dealers by town. Without it, ads send buyers to no one.
Marketplace listing
Your model on an e-commerce site. Keep online price and dealer margin in step or dealers withdraw.
Dealership recruitment outreach
A short message to shop owners in a town with no dealer. Different from household marketing.
Service and filter reminders
Messages that bring households back. Counts as marketing because it feeds the repeat sale.

Who it is for

This is written for these water purifier manufacturers.

  • RO, UV and UF household purifier brands selling through retail dealers
  • Brands selling under a private label to kitchen appliance chains
  • Commercial and office purifier makers for canteens, schools and clinics
  • Under-sink and wall-mounted purifier makers focused on online sales
  • Hot and cold dispenser manufacturers for offices
  • Assemblers that supply units to regional brands and distributors
  • Purifier brands with a franchise or exclusive dealer model
  • Makers of domestic water softener and purifier combinations

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your dealer network is thin in the towns where ads would run, so spending would produce enquiries you cannot place.
  • Online prices undercut your dealers and you have not settled a policy, so digital promotion would anger the network.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we spend on ads or on dealers first?
Dealers first in a district where you have none, because an ad with no dealer to receive the lead wastes the click. Where dealers exist, search ads for water problems point to them.
Can you manage our marketplace account?
We align the listing and pricing logic with your dealer scheme. Day-to-day account management stays with your team or a seller-services agency.
Why does a purifier brand need a dealer locator before running ads?
Because the household buys at a shop, installs through it and calls it for service. An ad that sends the buyer to a form with no dealer wastes the click. A locator shows the nearest shop, and the shop then closes the sale.
How do we know which channel brings a sale?
Ask the dealer to record how the household found them, and match service and sale records. Clicks and calls say little. A channel that leads to a fitted unit is working, while one that sends enquiries with no dealer is only costing money.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
