Water purifier manufacturers · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for the dealer scheme, the service booking and the filter reminder.

WhatsApp marketing for a purifier manufacturer is the use of WhatsApp Business to reach dealers with schemes and stock news and to reach households with booking, support and reminders. GullySales works on the lists, the templates and the opt-in so the channel stays useful.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For water purifier manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Dealers already run on WhatsApp”

The district shop owner reads the scheme sheet on a phone between customers. A clear message with the margin, the dates and the stock position gets read. A long PDF in an email is opened later, or never.

  • “Service requests arrive as photos and voice notes”

A household sends a picture of a leaking pipe and a voice note in the home language. A booking flow that accepts those and replies with a technician's name and a status is easier for the household than a call centre menu.

  • “Reminders belong where the household already is”

A filter reminder sent as an email goes unread. The same reminder on WhatsApp, with the model name and a booking link, reaches the person who bought the unit.

  • “Permission and platform rules apply”

Messages to households need their agreement, and the platform's rules on templates and bulk sending change. Check the platform's current rules before any campaign, and keep a record of who opted in and when.

What we do

What we deliver for water purifier manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A dealer broadcast list

Dealers grouped by district and distributor, with a rule on who receives which message.

Result: A list sorted so a Madurai scheme does not reach a Nagpur shop.

  2. Scheme and stock templates

Short messages for the scheme, the festival push and the stock update, each ending in a single action.

Result: A template set your sales head approves once.

  3. A service booking flow

A WhatsApp route that collects the model, the town and a photo, and returns a booking with a technician.

Result: A flow that creates a service record without a phone call.

  4. Filter reminder messages

Messages keyed to purchase date and model, with a booking option.

Result: Reminders that link to the household record.

  5. An opt-in capture

The wording and the point at which the dealer or website asks the household for permission to message.

Result: A consent record for every household on the list.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Messages a purifier maker sends to dealers and households.

Dealer scheme sheet
One image with the scheme, the dates and the contact. Dealers forward it to staff in the same chat.
Service booking confirmation
Request number, visit window and technician name. Replaces a call to the toll-free line.
Photo of the fault from the household
Ask them to send a picture of the unit or the error. It helps the technician bring the right part.
Filter reminder
A short note before the due date, sent only to those who agreed. Include how to book.
Dealer lead handoff
Name, town, water source and need, sent to the nearest dealer. Makes the first call informed.

Who it is for

This is written for these water purifier manufacturers.

  • RO, UV and UF household purifier brands selling through retail dealers
  • Brands selling under a private label to kitchen appliance chains
  • Commercial and office purifier makers for canteens, schools and clinics
  • Under-sink and wall-mounted purifier makers focused on online sales
  • Hot and cold dispenser manufacturers for offices
  • Assemblers that supply units to regional brands and distributors
  • Purifier brands with a franchise or exclusive dealer model
  • Makers of domestic water softener and purifier combinations

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You plan to message every household that ever bought, and that breaches the platform's current rules.
  • Your service desk cannot respond to the photos that arrive, and customers would see read marks and no reply.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?
Not at the start. WhatsApp Business on a phone suits a small dealer list. Once households and volume grow, the API through an approved provider is worth considering, and we help you compare.
Can we message every household we have sold to?
Only those who agreed to hear from you. We set up the permission step with the dealer and the website, and the reminder list is built from those who said yes.
Do we need the WhatsApp Business API to remind households about filters?
For a few hundred contacts, the Business app may do. For bulk reminders with templates, you need the API through an approved provider. Check the platform's current rules, and send only to households that agreed to hear from you.
Should the dealer group or a one-to-one chat carry the scheme?
Use a broadcast to dealers who agreed, with one-to-one replies for questions. A large open group fills with unrelated messages, which dealers mute. Keep a named person at your end to answer, so the scheme is understood before the season.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
