Water purifier manufacturers · Website

Build a site that explains water first, models second, and sends the buyer to a dealer.

A website for a purifier manufacturer is the brand's public record of its models, the water each suits, where to buy and how to book service. GullySales works on the structure, the water-source pages, the dealer locator and the forms that send each visitor to the right person.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For water purifier manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A catalogue is not an answer”

A visitor with high TDS water does not know whether they need RO or UV. A site that opens with a grid of models asks them to guess. A site that opens with the water question and then shows the right models answers it.

  • “The dealer locator decides the sale”

A buyer who likes a model wants to see it and ask a person. A locator that works by pin code, with a name, an address and a phone number, turns the visit into a shop visit. An old list of dealers does the opposite.

  • “Service hides behind a toll-free number”

A household with a fault looks for a service page and finds only a number. A simple request form that takes the model, the town and a photo, and returns a reference, gives the household proof the request was received.

  • “Shop owners need their own door”

A retailer who wants to stock the brand needs a page that explains the scheme and takes an application. If the only form is a household enquiry, the application lands in the wrong inbox.

What we do

What we deliver for water purifier manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure

Home, water-source pages, models, dealer locator, service, dealership and support, laid out around the questions buyers ask.

Result: A map of pages your team approves before design.

  2. Water-source pages

Pages for hard, borewell, brackish and corporation water, each linking to the suitable models.

Result: Pages that lead from a problem to a model.

  3. A dealer locator

A pin-code search listing dealers with address, contact and the models they hold.

Result: A locator your team can update when a dealer changes.

  4. A service request form

A form for model, town, fault and photo, which creates a record and sends a reference to the household.

Result: A form tied to the service log.

  5. A dealership page

A page explaining the scheme and support, with an application form that goes to the sales head.

Result: A form that reaches the right person.

  6. A certificates and test reports page

A page that shows only the certifications and reports you hold, in the wording your quality head approves.

Result: A page that supports each claim made elsewhere on the site.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Questions a visitor brings to a purifier site, and where it answers them.

Which purifier for my water
A water-first page asking source and giving a model direction. Starts where the household starts.
Where can I buy this near me
A dealer locator by town and pin code. Decides the sale.
Service and warranty page
How to book a call, what is covered and which centres serve the area. Moves service out from behind a toll-free number.
Model pages with specifications
Capacity, technology and what each model is for. Without performance claims you cannot prove.
Become a dealer
A separate page for shop owners with terms in outline and a form. Shop owners need their own door.

Who it is for

This is written for these water purifier manufacturers.

  • RO, UV and UF household purifier brands selling through retail dealers
  • Brands selling under a private label to kitchen appliance chains
  • Commercial and office purifier makers for canteens, schools and clinics
  • Under-sink and wall-mounted purifier makers focused on online sales
  • Hot and cold dispenser manufacturers for offices
  • Assemblers that supply units to regional brands and distributors
  • Purifier brands with a franchise or exclusive dealer model
  • Makers of domestic water softener and purifier combinations

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no dealer or service data to put on a locator, and a site without it would be a catalogue.
  • Your product range is changing and the specifications are not final, so a rebuild would need redoing.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can the site show live stock or price?
Only if your systems provide it and your dealer scheme allows it. A published price that differs from the shop invites a dispute, so we agree this with your sales head first.
Do we need to rebuild the whole site?
Not always. We review what you have and keep what works. If model pages are sound and the water pages, locator and forms are missing, we add those and leave the rest.
Can the website show live stock for dealers?
Only if dealers update stock in a shared system, and few do. A static list of dealers with a phone number is more reliable. Show stock when a feed exists, and otherwise invite the buyer to call before travelling to the shop.
Do dealers need a page of their own on our site?
A short entry for each dealer with name, address and phone is enough. A full page per dealer demands upkeep you may not manage. Update the locator when a dealer joins or leaves, since a closed shop listed costs the household a wasted trip.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
