Pest control companies · Pay per click advertising

Buy the monsoon weeks and the midnight bed bug search.

Pay-per-click advertising for a pest control company buys the urgent search: bed bugs tonight, termites in the wardrobe this week, mosquitoes after the first rain. GullySales runs those campaigns in the weeks they pay for themselves, and switches them off when the searching stops.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For pest control companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The budget belongs to eight weeks, not twelve months

Spending the same amount in February as in July wastes both. Money concentrated in the fortnight before the rains buys calls at a fraction of the cost.

  • Bed bugs will carry a higher bid than anything else you sell

It is the one pest a family cannot live with for another night. The bid can be higher because the caller books on the first conversation.

  • Half the clicks want a job or a chemical

Technician vacancy, cockroach spray price, home remedy for termites. Without a negative list, a third of a small budget goes there.

  • The ad has to survive the evening gap

A household rings three numbers in a row. If yours goes to voicemail at eight at night, the click is spent and the booking is gone.

What we do

What we deliver for pest control companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns split by pest, each with its own budget

Termite, bed bug, cockroach, rodent and mosquito run separately, because the urgency, the value and the season differ for every one of them.

Result: The urgent pest gets the money it deserves.

  2. A negative keyword list built for this trade

Jobs, vacancy, salary, spray price, chemical dealer, home remedy, and the product names of things people want to buy rather than a service.

Result: A small budget stops leaking to browsers.

  3. Seasonal switches with dates from your own enquiries

Termite and mosquito budgets raised before the monsoon and dropped after it, timed from last year's enquiry pattern rather than a generic calendar.

Result: Spend follows the rain instead of the month.

  4. Call and WhatsApp ads built for evenings

Bids weighted to the hours households actually ring, with a click-to-WhatsApp route for the caller who will never leave a voicemail.

Result: The evening searcher reaches a person.

  5. Every booking traced back to its keyword

A tracking number per campaign, and a routine for marking which enquiries became treatments, pest by pest.

Result: You pay for treatments rather than for clicks.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these pest control companies.

  • Residential pest control operators
  • Termite treatment specialists
  • Commercial AMC providers for restaurants and hotels
  • Warehouse and industrial pest control contractors
  • Mosquito fogging and municipal contract operators
  • Multi-technician city-wide pest control companies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for pest control companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your local search visibility for each pest and locality, your reply time on calls and WhatsApp, your reviews, and how repeat visits are tracked.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

A Google Business Profile that lists every treatment you offer, a fast reply routine, and a record of every enquiry and its outcome.

  3. 3

    Build trust before the visit

Recent reviews, clear safety information about chemicals used, and photographs of uniformed technicians so a household knows who is coming.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search for the pest and the locality, and advertising timed to monsoon-season spikes when households search in numbers.

  5. 5

    Keep the contract

Reminders for the next treatment or AMC renewal sent by WhatsApp, so the relationship you already earned is not lost to a forgotten date.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we bid on a competitor's brand?
It rarely pays in this trade. Households are not loyal to a pest control name, so the volume sits on the pest and the area. Spend there first and revisit this once those are saturated.
Are aggregator leads better than running our own campaigns?
They are quicker, and they come shared. The same enquiry reaches three operators, so the margin is thin and the job goes to whoever rings in five minutes. Run your own ads for the pests where you want the customer to stay yours.
Do we need to advertise?
Not all year. Monsoon searches for termite and mosquito treatment already favour whoever answers first, and that costs nothing in media. Ads earn their place in the weeks before the rains, or when you want more restaurant and hotel AMCs.
Should we name the chemicals we use on our website?
Yes, with a plain note on how long a family should stay out of the room and what to do about pets and food. Say the products are registered with the Central Insecticides Board. A worried mother books the operator who answered that before she asked.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
