Pest control companies · Social media

The recommendation happens in the residents' group, not on your page.

Social media for a pest control company matters mostly in one place: the neighbourhood and apartment groups where somebody asks who to call about termites. GullySales builds the presence that makes your name the answer, and posts the safety and season material worth sharing.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For pest control companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The question is asked in a group you cannot post in

Somebody in a society group asks for a pest control number and gets three replies in ten minutes. Being one of those replies is the whole game.

  • Before and after pictures repel more than they attract

A tray of dead cockroaches is not what a family wants to see over breakfast. Safety notes and season reminders get shared instead.

  • Your customers will post for you, given the words

A satisfied household pastes your number into a group without thinking about it. A small card and a ready message at the end of the visit make that likely.

  • Hotels and restaurants are reachable somewhere else entirely

The facility manager and the food and beverage head are found on LinkedIn and by email, never through a household post.

What we do

What we deliver for pest control companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A referral card written for a group message

A short message and image a household can forward into a residents' group, handed over at the end of a treatment.

Result: Your number gets pasted by somebody they trust.

  2. Seasonal posts timed to the first rain

Termite, mosquito and monsoon prevention material published as the weather turns, when households are already discussing it.

Result: The post lands in the week people care.

  3. Safety material people actually save

What to do about children, pets, aquariums and food before and after a treatment, made as a plain image worth keeping.

Result: Households forward it rather than scrolling past.

  4. Society and facility manager outreach

Direct messages, proposals and follow-up for facility managers and committee members, handled away from the public feed.

Result: Commercial conversations happen where that buyer is.

  5. A posting routine your office can keep

A small number of posts a month, planned ahead of the season, so the page does not go dead in the months you are busiest.

Result: The page still looks alive in September.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these pest control companies.

  • Residential pest control operators
  • Termite treatment specialists
  • Commercial AMC providers for restaurants and hotels
  • Warehouse and industrial pest control contractors
  • Mosquito fogging and municipal contract operators
  • Multi-technician city-wide pest control companies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for pest control companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your local search visibility for each pest and locality, your reply time on calls and WhatsApp, your reviews, and how repeat visits are tracked.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

A Google Business Profile that lists every treatment you offer, a fast reply routine, and a record of every enquiry and its outcome.

  3. 3

    Build trust before the visit

Recent reviews, clear safety information about chemicals used, and photographs of uniformed technicians so a household knows who is coming.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search for the pest and the locality, and advertising timed to monsoon-season spikes when households search in numbers.

  5. 5

    Keep the contract

Reminders for the next treatment or AMC renewal sent by WhatsApp, so the relationship you already earned is not lost to a forgotten date.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is Instagram worth it for a pest control company?
Modestly. It helps a household check that you exist and that your technicians look professional, which counts for something at the door. It will not bring the volume the Business Profile and local search do.
How do we get into apartment WhatsApp groups?
Through the facility manager and the committee, not by joining uninvited. Do one common-area job well and ask the secretary to share the service schedule. A forwarded message from the secretary carries more weight than any advertisement.
Do we need to advertise?
Not all year. Monsoon searches for termite and mosquito treatment already favour whoever answers first, and that costs nothing in media. Ads earn their place in the weeks before the rains, or when you want more restaurant and hotel AMCs.
Should we name the chemicals we use on our website?
Yes, with a plain note on how long a family should stay out of the room and what to do about pets and food. Say the products are registered with the Central Insecticides Board. A worried mother books the operator who answered that before she asked.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
