Audit firms · Website

Build a site that shows which audits the firm does and who signs them.

A website for an audit firm is the place where a CFO or promoter checks the firm's audit types, sectors and signing partners before inviting a proposal. GullySales plans and writes the pages so that a visitor can tell what the firm audits and how to start a conversation, within your council's rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For audit firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is checking, not browsing”

A finance head already has your name from a referrer and visits to confirm. The questions are plain: do you audit companies like ours, and who would sign. A site that answers those two settles the doubt.

  • “Audit and assurance services says nothing”

A single services page with a list of audit types gives no sector detail and no partner. A visitor from a pharma plant or a school society cannot tell if the firm fits and moves on to one that shows it.

  • “A site with no contact route loses the due-date caller”

The owner needing a tax audit before the deadline wants a phone number, a WhatsApp link and a document list on the first screen. A contact form alone, with no named reply, loses that caller.

  • “The site must not read as an advertisement”

Superlatives, client names and fee offers risk the firm's standing with its professional body. A calm, factual site that states the work and the team is both safer and easier to trust.

What we do

What we deliver for audit firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan

A map of the pages needed: audit types, sectors, partners, how an engagement works, contact, with one purpose each.

Result: Every page has a stated job.

  2. Audit-type and sector pages

Written pages for each audit and sector you want more of, naming the points that audit turns on.

Result: A visitor finds the page for their own situation.

  3. Partner profile pages

A factual profile for each signing partner within what your council allows, with a clear way to enquire.

Result: The signatory is visible and reachable.

  4. Contact and enquiry route

A contact page with an address, phone, WhatsApp link and a short form that asks the fit questions.

Result: An enquiry reaches a person with the facts attached.

  5. Rules read-through

A review of every page by your partners against your council's guidance before it is published.

Result: Nothing goes live without partner approval.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

What should an audit firm's website include?
The audit types you take, the sectors you know, the signing partners, how an engagement works and a clear contact route. Leave out claims of being the best and any client names unless your council's rules allow.
Do we need to rebuild the whole site?
Not always. If the structure is sound we edit and add pages. If the site cannot hold sector and partner pages, a rebuild may be sensible. We look at what you have first and tell you plainly which it is.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
