Business growth consultants · Website

Give the stuck owner a site that says who you help and what happens in the first meeting.

A website for a growth consultant is the page an owner reads after a friend gives your name, and the page a stranger finds when searching. GullySales works on the structure, the words and the proof so the visitor understands the practice and asks for a conversation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For business growth consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A generic site loses the referred owner”

The owner arrives having heard good things, and sees the sentence that you help businesses grow. Nothing says which owners you serve or what you do first, so the recommendation is left to carry everything.

  • “Proof is hard to show when clients stay private”

Clients do not want their names displayed. A site can still show the type of business, the situation and the change, approved by the client, which gives the visitor a believable account without breaching trust.

  • “The next step is unclear”

A visitor who is interested has to hunt for how to begin. A plain offer, such as a first conversation, with a phone-friendly form and a WhatsApp link, matches how owners actually make contact.

What we do

What we deliver for business growth consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure for stuck owners

Pages for each situation and type of owner, an about page and a clear route to a first conversation.

Result: A visitor reaches their own situation in a click.

  2. Homepage copy

A statement of whom you help, the problems you work on and what the first meeting involves.

Result: The homepage answers who, what and next.

  3. About page that builds trust

Your background, the businesses you have worked with by type and the way you work, in plain language.

Result: An owner sees a person they can imagine working with.

  4. Approved case pages

Stories without names, each cleared by the client in writing.

Result: Every page of proof has the client's permission.

  5. Contact options built for owners

A short form, a call button and a WhatsApp link, each logged to your register.

Result: An owner can reach you in the way they prefer.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should be on the page about fees?
That is your decision. If you show a range or an approach, keep it identical on the site, in proposals and in what you say. We write the page to match your choice.
Do I need a blog?
Not to begin with. Situation pages do more of the work. Articles come later and are written from what owners actually ask you.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
