Business growth consultants · Social media

Post what owners recognise from their own shop floor, not slogans about growth.

Social media for a growth consultant means showing how you think about an owner's problem in public, on the platforms where owners and their advisers already spend time. GullySales works on LinkedIn, WhatsApp channels and short videos built from your actual observations.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For business growth consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Owners scroll past motivation posts”

A quote about growth mindset is posted by every adviser and read by nobody who runs a unit. A post describing the pattern you saw on a shop floor, with the details changed, is the post an owner forwards.

  • “LinkedIn reaches advisers and next-generation leaders”

The accountant, the banker and the owner's son or daughter are all on LinkedIn. A steady set of useful posts there reaches the people who will mention you before the owner has searched at all.

  • “The owner's own network sees the engagement”

If an owner comments on or shares your post, their peers see it. Posts that an owner is comfortable being seen with, free of anything that exposes their business, are the ones that travel.

What we do

What we deliver for business growth consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A set of themes from your practice

Five or six recurring subjects, such as collections, delegation and pricing, each tied to situations you handle.

Result: Your posts follow themes and not whatever came to mind that morning.

  2. Post drafts from your observations

Short pieces written from your notes about what you saw, with identifying details removed.

Result: Each draft carries a real observation and no client name.

  3. A LinkedIn profile rewrite

A headline and summary that name the owners you serve and the problems you work on.

Result: A visitor learns within a glance who you help.

  4. A short-video outline

Simple scripts for a talking-to-camera clip answering one owner question.

Result: You can record a clip with the points already decided.

  5. A response routine

A short guide to replying to comments and messages and moving a promising one to a call.

Result: A comment from an owner reaches a conversation and not a dead thread.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is it safe to post about client situations?
Only when the details are changed so nobody can be identified, and with the client's agreement where there could be doubt. We write posts that teach a pattern without describing a company.
Which platform should I start with?
Start where your best owners and advisers already are. That is likely LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and we check this against where your last engagements came from.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
