Business growth consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp the way owners do: short, personal and one thought at a time.

WhatsApp marketing for a growth consultant means using the app owners already live in for first replies, follow-up and staying in touch with past clients. GullySales works on your WhatsApp Business setup, saved replies and the messages you send.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For business growth consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Owners reply on WhatsApp before email”

A trade owner answers a message while at the counter and rarely opens a long email. A short reply on the app, in the owner's language, is more likely to get a response than a formal letter.

  • “A group broadcast reads as spam”

A long promotional message sent to a list of owners is ignored or blocked. A personal note from you, mentioning something about their business, is read, because it plainly came from a person.

  • “Mixed personal and business chats cause mistakes”

When enquiries sit among family messages, a proposal request is missed or a client note goes to the wrong chat. A separate business number with labels keeps every conversation findable.

What we do

What we deliver for business growth consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business set-up

A profile with your practice description, hours and a short greeting for new enquiries.

Result: A new contact sees who you are on the first message.

  2. Saved replies

Ready replies for common first questions, which you edit before sending.

Result: Your first response is quick to write and still personal.

  3. Labels for each stage

Tags that mark an owner as new, in conversation, proposal sent or past client.

Result: You see every chat's stage at a glance.

  4. Past-client notes

Short messages sharing one observation from recent work, written for you to send personally.

Result: Former clients hear from you with something to read.

  5. A consent and etiquette guide

Simple rules on who to message, how often and how to stop when asked.

Result: You message owners only in ways they would accept.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can I send promotions to a list of owners?
Check the platform's current rules and get the owner's agreement before adding anyone to a list. A personal message to a person you know is different from a broadcast, and we write accordingly.
Should I use a bot or auto-reply?
A short greeting and an away message are fine. Automated conversation with a stuck owner feels cold, so we keep the human part of the chat to you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
