Document scanning and digitisation services · Content marketing

Write the guides a records officer reads before asking for a quotation.

Content marketing for a scanning firm means publishing the guides, checklists and explanations a buyer reads while planning a digitisation project. GullySales plans and edits content that explains scope, handling and what a quotation should contain.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For document scanning and digitisation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer does not know what to ask”

A records officer asked to digitise a room may never have bought the service. A guide on what to count, how to describe the documents and what a quotation should list helps that buyer, and the firm that wrote it is the one they call.

  • “Explaining indexing wins against the rate comparison”

Buyers compare per-page rates because they do not understand indexing. A clear page on how files are named, tagged and made searchable shows why two quotations that look alike are not. This content moves the conversation off price.

  • “Sector guides show you know the work”

A hospital, a law office and a builder each handle records differently. A short guide for each, in its own terms, shows that you have thought about its files rather than offering one service to all.

  • “Guides on confidentiality must be factual”

Write how files are logged, who handles them and where they are kept. Do not claim compliance with any standard unless you hold it. Rules differ by sector and change, so check with your own adviser before publishing.

What we do

What we deliver for document scanning and digitisation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic list from buyer questions

A list of the questions buyers ask on calls and in quotations, turned into guides.

Result: The content answers what buyers already ask you.

  2. A guide to planning a digitisation project

A step-by-step page covering counting, sorting, scoping, indexing and handover.

Result: A first-time buyer can draft a brief.

  3. A guide to reading a quotation

A page on what a quotation should list and how to compare two of them.

Result: Buyers see what separates your quotation from a bare rate.

  4. Sector guides

Short pages for hospitals, legal offices, builders and public bodies on their own records and concerns.

Result: Each sector sees its own needs described.

  5. A confidentiality and handling page

A factual account of how files are tracked, handled and stored.

Result: A cautious buyer finds an answer before asking.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should write our content?
Someone who knows the work. We plan the topics and draft with you, and your operations lead checks every statement about how files are handled before publication.
Will buyers read long guides?
A records officer planning a project reads carefully, because a wrong specification is costly. Clear, practical guides are read by exactly the people you want to reach.
How do we keep content accurate?
One named person in the firm checks each page against how the work is actually done. When a machine or process changes, the page is updated, so a buyer never reads about something you no longer do.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
