Franchise consultants · Content marketing

Write the guides a franchisor and an investor each wish someone had handed them.

Content marketing for a franchise consultant is the set of guides, checklists and explainers that show how you reason about a franchise before anyone signs an advisory. GullySales works on choosing the pieces, writing them in plain words and routing each reader to the right next step.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For franchise consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A guide for the wrong reader loses both”

A piece on building an operations manual bores the investor, and a piece on reading an agreement confuses the founder. Every article is written for one reader and says so in its first line.

  • “The checklist travels further than the essay”

A one-page list of what to ask any franchisor gets forwarded to a spouse, a brother-in-law and a chartered accountant. A long argument stays on the page. Build the list and the essay together.

  • “Documents are the content the buyer cannot find”

Few consultants explain an offering document without jargon. A plain walk through the sections, ending each with what a lawyer should review, is a piece nobody else in the search results offers.

  • “Case writing runs into confidentiality”

The best franchisors may not be named. Write the model, the trade and the lessons, cleared by the brand owner, and keep the earnings out. The reader still sees how you work.

What we do

What we deliver for franchise consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A founder's readiness guide

A guide listing what a business needs in place before it franchises, with questions the founder can answer alone.

Result: The founder finishes with a list of gaps in the business.

  2. An investor's due-diligence checklist

A single page of questions, documents and visits that applies to any brand.

Result: The checklist applies to any brand and names none.

  3. Document walk-throughs

Plain explanations of each franchise document, with notes on where rules and practice change.

Result: Each walk-through says where a lawyer takes over.

  4. Approved model stories

Short descriptions of models built and outlets opened, cleared by the brand owner and free of income claims.

Result: Each story carries the brand owner's written approval.

  5. An editorial list

A list of pieces to write, by audience and trade, with the next step each piece leads to.

Result: No piece is written without a reader and a next step.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many articles do we need?
Enough to answer the questions a founder and an investor ask before calling. GullySales picks the list with you from your past enquiries and adds pieces as the questions show up.
Can content mention franchise returns?
Leave returns and earnings out. Figures belong to the brand and the franchisee, and unverified claims carry risk. Write about the model, the support and the questions to ask.
Who checks the legal content?
A lawyer who knows franchise practice should review any piece that explains a document. We write in general terms and say plainly that your own adviser must confirm the position.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
