Franchise consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for the documents and answers a franchise decision keeps asking for.

WhatsApp marketing for a franchise consultant is the careful use of chat to answer questions, send documents and keep founders and investors in touch after a call or an expo. GullySales works on the messages, the permission and the hand-off from chat to conversation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For franchise consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The investor's family is already in the chat”

A buyer forwards your message to a spouse and a brother-in-law. Write each message so it makes sense when it reaches someone who has never heard of you, with your name and the one thing it is about.

  • “Documents travel better than descriptions”

A one-page checklist of what to ask a franchisor, sent as a document, is kept and reread. A long paragraph explaining the same is not. Save the sendable items before the next expo.

  • “Consent decides whether the message is welcome”

A number taken at a stall is not permission to send promotions. Ask what the person wants to receive, record the answer and check the platform's current rules before any broadcast.

  • “Chat answers can become advice by accident”

A quick reply about returns or legal terms can read as a promise or as legal advice. Keep a short approved set of replies, and send the legal question to the lawyer.

What we do

What we deliver for franchise consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp business profile

A profile stating who you advise, the trades you work in and when the team is available.

Result: A new contact can see who you are before replying.

  2. Approved reply set

Written answers to the questions that arrive again and again, such as cost, process and documents, checked for promises.

Result: No reply states a return or a legal position.

  3. A sendable document pack

The founder's readiness list and the investor's checklist as short files ready to send.

Result: Each file can be sent in a single step.

  4. An opt-in note

A line used at calls and expos that asks what the person is happy to receive.

Result: Each contact has a recorded choice.

  5. A chat-to-call hand-off

A rule for when a chat moves to a call, and what is written in the CRM afterwards.

Result: Every long chat ends in a recorded next step.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we send bulk messages to expo contacts?
Only to those who agreed to hear from you, and the platform's current rules apply. A personal first message to each visitor, naming where you met, is better received than a broadcast.
Should founders and investors get the same messages?
No. A founder is asked about the business and outlets. An investor is sent the buyer's checklist and told which documents to request. Separate lists keep each message relevant.
Is WhatsApp enough on its own?
No. It carries the conversation, while the record belongs in your CRM and the agreement belongs with a lawyer. Treat chat as the doorway to the call rather than the whole of the work.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
