Franchise consultants · Digital marketing

Run one plan for two audiences, with each channel given a clear job.

Digital marketing for a franchise consultant joins search, content, social, email and chat into one plan that serves brand owners and investors without mixing them. GullySales works on which channel does which job and how each is read against your enquiry record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For franchise consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels pull different audiences”

Search brings the founder with a question. Expos and referrals bring the investor. Social posts keep both in view between meetings. A plan that gives each channel one job is easier to judge than one that asks all of them for everything.

  • “Spend follows the engagement you want”

A consultant who earns from building models should put the budget behind founder searches. One who earns from introductions should invest in investor trust first. Pick, then build; spreading evenly serves neither.

  • “Proof is thin, so honesty has to carry”

Earnings cannot be published and the best clients may stay unnamed. What remains is clear explanation, a visible method and approved model descriptions. Those become the proof you show.

  • “Measurement stops at the enquiry”

Counting enquiries tells little if none become advisories. Read each audience from enquiry to signed work, and rewrite the route that brings talk without signatures before spending more on it.

What we do

What we deliver for franchise consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A one-page plan stating the audience, job and measure for each channel.

Result: Each channel has a written job and a measure.

  2. A founder search campaign

Search ads and a landing page for the question how to franchise my business.

Result: The campaign leads to a readiness conversation, not a brochure.

  3. An investor email series

A short series on what to read and ask before signing, with no returns promised.

Result: Each email ends with a document to request.

  4. An event and referral layer

Expo cards and an introduction note for lawyers and accountants.

Result: Every contact enters the record with a source.

  5. A baseline and tally

Enquiries by audience and source recorded before work starts and read against later ones.

Result: You can read signed advisories by audience.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should a new consultancy start?
With the route that matches your income: the founder's readiness page and search, or the investor's guide and email series. GullySales builds one properly before adding the other.
Do we need all the channels?
No. Use those that reach your buyers and that your team can keep up. A smaller plan kept going beats a wide one dropped.
How do we know what is working?
By comparing signed advisories by source with the baseline recorded at the start. GullySales promises no number of enquiries, advisories or franchisees.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
