Franchise consultants · Website

Build a site where a brand owner and an investor each find their own door.

A website for a franchise consultant has to serve two readers with different questions, the brand owner asking whether to franchise and the investor asking what to buy. GullySales works on the paths, the pages and the enquiry forms that let each reader find their answer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For franchise consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page must ask who is reading”

A visitor arriving from a search should see two doors in the first screen: I own a business and I want to invest. A single message aimed at both reads as vague to each, and the visitor leaves.

  • “Investor pages lose trust the moment they promise”

A page of projected returns or a list of brands placed first looks like a portal. A page listing the questions to ask, the documents to read and the reasons to bring a lawyer reads as advice.

  • “Founders look for a method”

A brand owner wants to see how a model is built and how franchisees are screened. A page showing the stages, the documents and the screening sheet makes the work visible before any call.

  • “Proof on this site is approved or absent”

Earnings stay off. Where a brand has agreed, show the trade, the model and the outlets opened. Where it has not, describe the work without the name, and say that clients choose not to be named.

What we do

What we deliver for franchise consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A two-door home page

A first screen that sends the brand owner and the investor to their own pages.

Result: A visitor chooses a path before scrolling.

  2. A franchisor section

Pages on readiness, the documents, the model-building stages and the screening method.

Result: Each page ends with one readiness conversation.

  3. An investor section

A buyer's guide, document explainers and a due-diligence checklist, with no returns quoted.

Result: The section names no brand and states no income.

  4. Enquiry forms for each

One short form for each audience, asking the questions you need first.

Result: Every submission arrives labelled and routed.

  5. A trust page

A page stating that you do not give legal advice, that a lawyer must review agreements and how you work with lawyers.

Result: The limits of your work are written plainly.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site list franchise opportunities?
Only if that is your business and every listing is approved by the brand. A site that lists brands reads as a portal, which weakens a consultant's advice. Keep advice and listings on separate pages.
Do we need a blog?
A set of guides serves better than a stream of posts. Each should answer one question for one audience, and link to the next step on the site.
Can the site carry brand-owner testimonials?
Only with written approval and without earnings. Describe the model built and the support given. Check your own adviser on how endorsements are presented in India.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
