GST consultants · Content marketing

Publish notes on real GST problems that a finance head will save and forward.

Content marketing for a GST consultant means articles, checklists and explainers that answer the questions clients ask you in person. GullySales drafts them from your case experience and sends each one for your review before it goes out.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For GST consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Clients ask the same ten questions in person”

The questions asked in your meeting room, about credit mismatches, refund documents and notice replies, are the best topics. Content written from them answers a real reader and needs no invention.

  • “A checklist travels further than an essay”

A finance head forwards a one-page list of documents for a refund claim to the team. An essay on the history of the law stays unread. Useful, short, practical pieces are the ones that circulate.

  • “Anonymised cases show skill without breaking trust”

A client's dispute is confidential. A case described in general terms, with names and identifying details removed and the client's consent where needed, shows method without exposing anyone.

  • “Content without a date misleads”

A GST article read a year later may describe a rule that has changed. A visible date and a line to check current notifications protect both the reader and your reputation.

What we do

What we deliver for GST consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic list from your own enquiries

Subjects pulled from the questions and files your team already handles.

Result: You have a written list of topics tied to real client questions.

  2. Checklists and explainers

Short pieces on documents, steps and common mistakes, drafted in plain English for your review.

Result: Each piece is ready to read, with your approval noted.

  3. Anonymised case notes

Method-focused write-ups of past work with identifying details removed and consent respected.

Result: You can see what was changed to protect the client.

  4. A dating and recheck routine

Dates on every piece and a list of those to recheck when notifications change.

Result: A register shows each piece, its date and its next check.

  5. A distribution plan

Where each piece goes: your site, LinkedIn, an email to existing clients and a note to referrers.

Result: Every piece has a named place and an audience.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the content?
We draft from your input and notes, and you review every piece. Nothing goes live without your approval, because accuracy matters more than volume.
Can we reuse a client's case?
Only in general terms, with identifying details removed, and with consent where the client could be recognised. Check your professional confidentiality duties with your own council or adviser.
How do we know content is working?
Record which pieces enquiries mention and which pages they arrive on. That shows what to write more of, without guessing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
