GST consultants · Website

Build a site where a worried finance head finds the right page and the right person.

A website for a GST consultant is where a searcher decides whether to call: it should show the problems you solve, who handles them and how to reach you. GullySales plans and writes the pages, and leaves the facts for you to confirm.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For GST consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A homepage listing every service helps no one”

A page that says GST registration, returns, refunds, audits and notices in one line gives the worried reader no reason to stay. Separate pages for each problem let them find their own situation.

  • “The reader wants a named expert”

A site with no names reads as an anonymous service. A short profile of the partner who handles refunds or appeals, with qualifications as they hold them, gives the reader someone to trust.

  • “The contact route must suit a panicked reader”

Someone with a notice wants to call or message at once. A visible phone and WhatsApp option beside a short form serves them better than a long contact page.

  • “An undated page invites doubt”

GST pages read after an amendment must show when they were checked. A date and a line to check current notifications tell the reader the firm takes accuracy seriously.

What we do

What we deliver for GST consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure plan

A map of pages for services, problems, people and contact, with the order a worried reader looks for them.

Result: You hold a map that shows where each problem lives.

  2. Problem and service pages

Plain-language pages for notices, refunds, audits and reconciliation, with a review date.

Result: Each page names the problem and carries your review.

  3. People and practice pages

Profiles of partners and a plain description of how an engagement works.

Result: A reader can see who would handle the file.

  4. Contact and enquiry design

A form, a phone link and a WhatsApp link placed where a worried reader looks.

Result: Every page offers a clear next step.

  5. Technical basics

Mobile layout, readable text, titles and headings set correctly.

Result: A checklist shows what was fixed.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we use our existing site?
Often a rewrite of the structure and copy is enough. We review what you have, tell you what to keep and what to replace, and you decide.
What about fees on the site?
We do not set prices. Whether to show a fee range is your choice, and we suggest saying what affects the fee instead of quoting a number.
How do we keep the site accurate?
Through a dated review routine. Each page shows when it was last checked, and we flag pages due for recheck after notifications change.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
