IT staffing and contract hiring firms · Content marketing

Publish what a hiring manager and a candidate each need before they call.

Content marketing for an IT staffing firm is the writing that helps a company choose a hiring model and helps a candidate judge a role and a recruiter. GullySales works on topics, drafts and a review for accuracy.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For IT staffing and contract hiring firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Hiring managers compare hiring models”

Contract, contract-to-hire and permanent hiring carry different costs and risks. A plain guide that explains them helps the manager choose and credits the firm that wrote it.

  • “Candidates want to know what happens to the CV”

An engineer asks who will see the profile, how long it is kept and how to withdraw. A clear note on this separates the firm from the careless ones.

  • “Notice periods shape every offer”

A page explaining how notice periods, buyouts and counter-offers are handled answers a question that both sides ask.

  • “Salary talk is sensitive”

Pay ranges change and differ by client. Write about how pay is discussed and agreed, and avoid quoting figures that cannot be checked.

What we do

What we deliver for IT staffing and contract hiring firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A guide to hiring models

Contract, contract-to-hire and permanent hiring compared by commitment, cost structure and risk, reviewed for accuracy.

Result: A hiring manager can pick a model.

  2. A candidate data explainer

How CVs are stored, shared with consent and removed on request, written to match your actual practice.

Result: Candidates know what to expect.

  3. A notice-period and joining guide

How offers, notice periods and joining are handled, with the points where drop-outs begin.

Result: Both sides understand the joining process.

  4. Skill-area notes

Short pieces on the skills you place, written with your recruiters from the questions they answer.

Result: Content reflects the market you work in.

  5. A content calendar with owners

Topics, writers, reviewers and a review date for each piece.

Result: Pages are checked and kept current.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should a staffing firm write about?
The questions both audiences ask on calls: how a model works, how a CV is handled, what a notice period means. Start from your recruiters' repeated answers.
Can we publish salary data?
Only what you can source and keep current, labelled with its source. Pay differs by client and role, so a vague table can mislead. Explain how pay is agreed instead.
Who should approve staffing content?
A senior recruiter for accuracy and the owner for anything touching clients, contracts or data. If it touches legal duties, check with your own adviser before publishing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
