IT staffing and contract hiring firms · Website

One site with a clear path for the hiring manager and another for the engineer.

A website for an IT staffing firm is the page set that hiring managers use to judge skills and hiring models, and that candidates use to see roles and how their data is handled. GullySales works on structure, role pages and a clear consent notice.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For IT staffing and contract hiring firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A hiring manager checks the site before sending a requirement”

They look for the skills you place, the hiring models and signs that the firm is established. A site that lists everything and proves nothing is skipped.

  • “Candidates look for roles and the privacy notice”

An engineer wants real roles, the process and a clear statement of how the CV is handled. A missing notice is a reason to leave.

  • “Mixed navigation confuses both”

If a hiring manager has to find the requirement form among job listings, they leave. Separate the two paths from the top of the home page.

  • “Role pages must be maintained”

A listing for a filled role frustrates a candidate and costs the firm credibility. Each role needs an owner and a closing step.

What we do

What we deliver for IT staffing and contract hiring firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map with two paths

Home, for companies, for candidates, skills and hiring models, about and contact, mapped before design.

Result: Each visitor sees the path meant for them.

  2. A requirement form

A short form asking for role, skills, location and hiring model, feeding the requirement record.

    Result: Requirements arrive complete.

  3. Role pages and a candidate form

Open roles with details, and a form that asks for consent to submit the CV to named companies.

Result: Candidates apply with consent recorded.

  4. A privacy and data notice

A plain description of what is collected, how it is used, shared and removed, checked with your adviser.

Result: Candidates see how their data is treated.

  5. An editing guide

Instructions for adding and closing roles and updating pages without a developer.

    Result: The site stays accurate.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show client logos?
Only with the client's written permission. Some vendor agreements restrict it. If permission is not given, describe sectors and skills instead.
Do we need a privacy notice on the site?
Yes, since you collect candidate data. Write it to match your real practice and have your own legal adviser check it against current rules.
Can one site serve clients and candidates?
Yes, with separate sections and separate forms. A hiring manager needs skills, models and onboarding, and a candidate needs roles and data handling.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
