Legal documentation firms · WhatsApp marketing

Let the client send the papers on WhatsApp and know the office has them.

WhatsApp marketing for a legal documentation firm is the use of one business number to take enquiries, collect papers, send status updates and stay in touch with brokers and past clients. GullySales works on the first reply, the intake questions, the templates and the rules on who may be messaged.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For legal documentation firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The client already has the papers on a phone”

Photos of an Aadhaar card, an old deed or a property tax receipt sit in a gallery. An office that accepts them on WhatsApp saves the client a trip and starts the draft sooner.

  • “A first reply sets the whole job”

An unanswered message goes to the next office. A reply that names the document, lists the papers to send and asks for the date needed shows the client the office is organised.

  • “Personal numbers cause confusion”

When clerks use their own phones, clients message the wrong person and the owner cannot see the chat. A business number with a shared owner keeps the thread with the office, not the individual.

  • “Messaging needs consent”

Brokers and past clients can receive updates only if they agreed to them. Bulk blasts to bought lists annoy people and risk the number. Check the platform's current rules and keep the list to people who asked.

What we do

What we deliver for legal documentation firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business setup

A business profile with the office name, hours, address and documents prepared, linked from the map listing.

Result: The profile shows the same details as the listing.

  2. An intake flow

A first reply that asks for document, parties and date needed, then lists the papers to send.

Result: The reply asks for the needed-by date.

  3. Message templates

Draft ready, stamp paper bought, slot fixed and papers missing, each in plain wording.

Result: Each template names a step.

  4. A broker group or list

A list of brokers and builders who agreed to receive notes from the office.

Result: Everyone on the list has asked to be on it.

  5. A handling rule for sensitive papers

Rules on storing and deleting copies of identity and family documents received on chat.

Result: The office knows where received files are kept.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we send offers to everyone who messaged us?
Only to people who agreed to receive them, and with a way to opt out. Check the platform's current rules and your own adviser's view on advertising before sending anything promotional.
Is the WhatsApp Business app enough?
For a small office, yes, with a clear first reply and labelled chats. A larger office with several clerks may need the platform's business API, which we can discuss once the flow works.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
