Property lawyers · WhatsApp marketing

Make the WhatsApp number the first desk a buyer reaches, not a dumping ground.

WhatsApp marketing for a property lawyer means using one business number to receive enquiries, collect papers and send general guidance to people who asked for it. GullySales works on the setup, the replies and the rules about what is sent.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For property lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers send photographs of papers”

A buyer sends a photograph of a sale agreement at night and asks if it is fine. Without a rule, that becomes free advice on a blurred image. A set reply asks for the property details and offers a proper review.

  • “One number serves every purpose”

If the same number takes brokers' forwards, client documents and family chats, nothing is found again. A business number with a name, a description and a reply routine keeps the chamber's matters apart from private use.

  • “Broadcasts need consent”

A message to a list of old clients about a new service is advertising. Send only to people who asked to hear from you, with a plain way to stop, and check the platform's current rules and your council's.

  • “Documents move through the chat”

Identity papers and title documents arrive over WhatsApp. They need saving to the file, and the chat should not be the only copy. Decide who moves them and how long a chat is kept.

What we do

What we deliver for property lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business account set up for the chamber

Name, description, hours and an away message written for property enquiries.

Result: The number looks like the chamber's, not someone's phone.

  2. Saved replies for common questions

Replies on what to bring for a title check, how to book and what the fee covers.

Result: The first answer is the same whoever sends it.

  3. A shareable checklist card

The pre-payment checklist sized for WhatsApp, for brokers and lenders to forward.

Result: A broker can send it with one tap.

  4. Rules for documents and consent

A note on how papers received are filed, and a list of who agreed to receive updates.

Result: You can show who agreed to be messaged.

  5. A link from the website and listing

The number placed on the site, the map listing and the profiles.

Result: Each source leads to the same monitored number.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

May we run a broadcast list?
Only for people who asked to receive it, and only with content a council would accept as information. Check the platform's current rules. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own Bar Council or adviser before publishing.
What if a buyer asks for an opinion on chat?
Reply that an opinion needs the papers read and a proper engagement, and offer a call or a visit. A chat reply on a photograph can mislead the buyer and the advocate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
