Virtual CFO services · Website

Build a site where a founder sees what lands in their inbox before they ever call.

A website for a virtual CFO practice is where a founder decides whether you understand their company and what the engagement will give them. GullySales works on the pages, the sample reports and the enquiry route so the site answers a founder's doubts in order.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For virtual CFO services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Strategy and insights tell the founder nothing”

A page promising strategic guidance leaves the reader unable to picture a deliverable. Name the cash forecast, the product-wise profit sheet and the list of questions a banker will ask.

  • “The first visit is a comparison”

A founder opens your site beside two others. The one that explains the first stretch of work and shows an example is the one that gets the call.

  • “The fee question has to be met”

A founder compares a retainer with a salary. A page explaining what is covered, what is not and how scope is set, without quoting a figure you have not decided, lowers the shock on the call.

  • “Professional rules apply to the copy”

A chartered accountant's site is read by the Institute as well as the founder. Plain, factual statements and a check with your own council or adviser keep the pages safe.

What we do

What we deliver for virtual CFO services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A service page naming the work

The reports, forecasts and reviews a founder receives, in plain words and in the order they arrive.

Result: A page a founder can describe back to someone else.

  2. Pages for each kind of company

D2C brands, manufacturers, startups and the others you serve, each on their own page.

Result: A founder finds their own situation on the site.

  3. Sample reports with dummy figures

Cash flow and profit-by-product examples, marked as examples.

Result: A visitor can open real-looking work without a client's data.

  4. A scoping page

How scope is set, what questions the first call covers and what the founder should bring.

Result: A founder knows what a first call will involve.

  5. An enquiry route that is simple

A short form and a phone or chat option, each recorded in your CRM with source and trigger.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with its origin attached.

  6. Partner profile and approvals

A page about the partner's background in factual terms, approved before it goes live.

Result: Credentials stated plainly and checked.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website?
Not always. We read the one you have against what a founder wants to see. Sometimes new pages and a clearer service page do the work.
Should we show our fees?
That is your decision. We help explain scope and what drives it, so a founder understands why the engagement is priced as it is, without a figure that does not fit their case.
What about client logos and testimonials?
Use none without written agreement, and check your profession's advertising rules first. Dummy-figure examples show your standard of work without involving a client.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
