Business coaches and corporate trainers · Content marketing

Write the thing an HR head forwards to the person who signs.

Content marketing for a coach or trainer is the writing, speaking and recorded material that does the selling, because here the person is the product. GullySales plans it around the questions participants actually ask, and builds the one or two pieces an HR head will forward to whoever approves the spend.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For business coaches and corporate trainers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The best material comes out of the room, not out of research”

The question a participant asked in the last batch is the article. No other trainer heard it, and every HR head recognises the situation behind it.

  • “A checklist HR can use without you is worth more than a post”

A one-page manager's checklist or a training needs questionnaire gets forwarded, saved and opened again. An article on leadership gets read once.

  • “Confidentiality does not stop you writing about the work”

You cannot name the client, but you can describe forty first-time managers in a factory and what changed in their one-to-ones.

What we do

What we deliver for business coaches and corporate trainers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A list of questions collected from your own batches

The real questions participants ask, gathered after each programme and kept as the source list everything else is written from.

Result: You never sit down wondering what to write about.

  2. A manager's checklist HR can use without you

A short, usable document such as a feedback conversation checklist or a training needs questionnaire, designed to be forwarded inside a company.

Result: Your name travels to people you have never met.

  3. Programme agendas written for internal approval

A published outline of each programme with objectives, duration and session flow, pitched at the business head who signs off, not at a fellow trainer.

Result: HR can raise the request without another call with you.

  4. Recorded talks turned into written pieces

Each webinar or association talk transcribed and cut into an article, a set of posts and a page section, instead of sitting in a folder.

Result: One hour of speaking produces a month of material.

  5. Each piece tracked to the enquiry it produced

Every article, checklist and recording tagged so the report shows which one an enquiry came through.

Result: You write more of what works and stop the rest.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

The questions an HR head or founder asks before hiring a trainer, and the piece that answers each.

Who has attended your programmes?
A client page listing the sectors and roles you have trained, with company names shown only where permission is given. HR heads check this before they read anything else.
Will you be delivering it, or someone from your panel?
Name the facilitator, give a short profile and a sample of them speaking. A buyer who is shown a trainer one day and gets another loses trust.
How will we know whether the training worked?
Describe how you agree the goal with the manager before the programme, observe afterwards and hold a follow-up conversation. Do not offer a result figure.
What do you need from HR before the day?
A pre-programme brief: participant roles, goals, venue, languages, and any sensitive context. It shows how you work and reduces last-minute surprises.
Can it run online, in Hindi or at our plant?
State the formats you run, the languages you facilitate in and the room requirements. Corporate buyers in plants and branches often cannot bring staff to a hotel.
Is what I say in coaching kept private from my employer?
For executive coaching, explain what is confidential, what the sponsor sees and how progress is shared. Leaders will not book a coach whose reporting rules are vague.

Who it is for

This is written for these business coaches and corporate trainers.

  • Independent corporate trainers for soft skills and leadership
  • Sales training and sales coaching specialists
  • Executive coaches for senior managers and CXOs
  • Business coaches for founders, family businesses and SMEs
  • Training companies with a panel of facilitators
  • Life coaches for career, relationships and wellbeing
  • Outbound, team-building and offsite facilitators
  • Communication, public speaking and presentation trainers
  • Behavioural assessment and psychometric practitioners

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the content marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How often should a trainer publish?
Once a fortnight is plenty, as long as each piece comes out of a real session. Weekly publishing from a calendar somebody else wrote is how a page starts sounding like the rest.
Should we put the full programme agenda online?
The outline yes, the exercises no. HR needs the agenda to get an internal approval. What a rival could copy is the way you run the room, not a contents page.
Should I write long articles or short LinkedIn posts?
Post short pieces on LinkedIn to be seen, and keep two or three longer pages on your website to be checked. A buyer looks you up after a referral, and the longer pages are what they read. Link the post to the page.
Can participant feedback be used without naming their company?
Use real feedback only, with each person's permission to quote it. Describe them by role and sector if the company cannot be named. Keep the full original message on file. Never edit a comment to sound stronger than it was.
Do we need to be empanelled with a company before we can train there?
Often, yes, for larger companies. Procurement usually wants GST and PAN details, bank information and sometimes an MSME certificate before it raises a purchase order. We keep these in a ready kit, so an approved proposal does not lose weeks to paperwork.
Should a trainer publish rates on the website?
For corporate programmes, usually not, since the fee depends on group size, days and customisation. For life coaching packages, a starting price can save time on discovery calls with people who cannot afford the package.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
