Business coaches and corporate trainers · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the HR manager comparing trainers, not for a student writing an assignment.

PPC for a coach or trainer is paid search aimed at two buyers who behave nothing alike: an HR team shortlisting vendors, and an individual booking a call. GullySales runs them as separate campaigns, writes the ad text, and checks spend against the enquiries that turned out to be real.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend against enquiries received.

For business coaches and corporate trainers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Corporate and individual searches should never share a budget”

A click on corporate training company costs many times a click on life coach near me. One campaign running both spends where it is cheap.

  • “Training marketplaces bid on your category and resell the enquiry”

Search for a soft skills trainer and the top results are listing sites that resell your enquiry. The ad has to say you are the one in the room.

  • “The budget window closes on 31 March”

An ad for a programme you can still deliver before 31 March works in January. The same ad in May reaches a team with nothing left to spend.

What we do

What we deliver for business coaches and corporate trainers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Separate campaigns for HR buyers and individuals

Two campaigns with their own budgets, ad text and landing pages, so a corporate keyword never competes with a personal coaching one.

Result: Neither buyer is starved by the other.

  2. Ad text written for the programme, not the category

Ads naming the programme, the format and who it is for, instead of a line about transforming teams that every listing site also runs.

Result: The click comes from someone who wanted that exact programme.

  3. A landing page per programme with a form HR can fill

A page matching the ad, ending in a form that asks for company, team size, location and the month the programme has to run.

Result: The enquiry arrives with enough in it to price a proposal.

  4. A January to March campaign for budget that must be spent

A short, dated campaign for programmes that can be delivered before the financial year closes, with the calendar of open dates in the ad.

Result: Money that would have lapsed comes to you.

  5. Search term review with the wrong searches blocked

A check of what people actually typed, adding negative keywords for students, job seekers, certification hunters and other trainers studying the market.

Result: The budget stops paying for clicks that were never going to buy.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The searches worth paying for as a trainer or coach, and the ones to keep out.

Programme searches, such as leadership training for managers
Bid. An HR head searching by topic and audience has a budget line. Run one campaign per programme you can deliver on site, with the audience in the headline.
Trainer or corporate training company in a city
Bid with the city, because in-person training is bought from someone who can reach the site. State the cities you cover and whether you travel.
Executive coach and business coach for founders
Bid in a separate campaign for individuals. The page, the form and the follow-up differ from the HR route, and mixing them muddies what you learn.
Course, certification, syllabus, notes, free and how to become
Block. Students and trainers-to-be search the same words as buyers. Add course, certification, syllabus, pdf, notes, free, assignment and how to become as negatives.
Where the click lands
Send HR clicks to the programme page with the outline, the audience, the format and a form asking company, headcount and topic. Put the budget cycle question near the end.
Counting a real enquiry
Count a form from a company email with a headcount, or a call about a named programme. Mark discovery call, proposal and purchase order, and judge the advert by orders, not by form fills.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the pay per click advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the total budget

We agree the full paid advertising budget available across all platforms, rather than planning each one separately.

  2. 2

    Audit current platform performance

We compare existing campaigns on a shared basis to see where the budget currently performs best and worst.

  3. 3

    Build the cross-platform plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with a shared measurement standard from the outset.

  4. 4

    Implement and monitor

Campaigns run with budget allocated dynamically based on real-time performance.

  5. 5

    Measure and reallocate

We report performance and shift budget toward what is working, within agreed limits.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is Google Ads worth it for a corporate trainer?
For a named programme, yes, as long as someone replies within the hour. For the phrase corporate training on its own, no. That search brings students, job seekers and rival trainers.
Should a life coach advertise on Google or on Instagram?
Google when the person is already typing their problem. Instagram when they need to watch you first. Most coaching packages are bought after months of following, which makes search the smaller half.
Should a trainer bid on their own name?
Yes, in a small campaign, because HR heads often search a trainer's name after a referral or a talk. Keep the copy plain and the page ready with programmes and client names you may use. Keep it separate from the programme searches.
How do we tell an HR enquiry from a student's?
Put fields on the form that only a buyer fills well, such as company, headcount and the topic to be trained. A free email address with no company is usually a student or an individual. Reply to company enquiries first.
Do we need to be empanelled with a company before we can train there?
Often, yes, for larger companies. Procurement usually wants GST and PAN details, bank information and sometimes an MSME certificate before it raises a purchase order. We keep these in a ready kit, so an approved proposal does not lose weeks to paperwork.
Should a trainer publish rates on the website?
For corporate programmes, usually not, since the fee depends on group size, days and customisation. For life coaching packages, a starting price can save time on discovery calls with people who cannot afford the package.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
