Business coaches and corporate trainers · Social media

Post for the HR head who approves the budget, not for other trainers.

Social media for a coach or trainer is where a buyer watches you for months before enquiring: LinkedIn for corporate work, Instagram for individual clients. GullySales writes for the buyer instead of for peers, and reports who is actually reading you.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For business coaches and corporate trainers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Likes from other coaches feel like progress and are not”

An L and D head reads without reacting. Forty likes from fellow trainers can be worth less than four from people who run teams.

  • “Thirty seconds from a real session beats a quote card”

A clip of you handling a difficult question shows a buyer what a day with you is like. A motivational graphic shows nothing, and the client's permission comes first.

  • “The individual buyer follows one channel for months”

Someone who eventually pays for a coaching package has watched you for half a year in one place. Spreading across four resets that clock.

What we do

What we deliver for business coaches and corporate trainers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan written for HR heads and founders

Posts built from the questions participants ask in the room, aimed at the people who own the problem and sign the purchase order.

Result: The reading comes from buyers rather than from competitors.

  2. Session clips, with permission agreed in the proposal

Short clips from your own programmes and talks, with the recording and publishing permission written into the agreement before the session.

Result: You can show the room instead of describing it.

  3. One channel chosen for the individual buyer

A single platform for life and career coaching work, picked on where your clients already spend time, with a posting rhythm you can hold.

Result: A follower gets a continuous story rather than four half-finished ones.

  4. Outreach to the companies you want to work with

A named list of HR and business heads at target companies, with connection requests and messages that reference their problem, not your brochure.

Result: Your posts reach people who can actually book you.

  5. A count of profile visits and enquiries

Reporting on who viewed the profile, which roles they hold and how many enquiries followed, rather than a likes total.

Result: You can tell an engaged post from a useful one.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where an HR head or a client looks at a trainer, and what to post in each place.

LinkedIn, for HR heads and founders
Post one question from the room and your answer, from your own profile. The reader who signs the purchase order is your audience, not other coaches. The action wanted is a connection request.
YouTube, for a recorded talk
Keep one talk or workshop excerpt a buyer can watch before a discovery call. It shows how you hold a room. The action is to send the link with the proposal.
Instagram, for individual clients
Use short reels on one habit or question, in the language your clients speak. The action is to book a discovery call. Pick this only if your individual clients really spend time there.
WhatsApp for past participants
Send a short follow-up note to people who attended a programme and agreed to hear from you, with one idea to try. The action is to forward it to the HR head who booked you.
What not to post
A participant's name or comment about an employer, photographs of a client's training room, a client's logo without permission, or a coaching client's personal story. Never use therapy or diagnosis words.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our LinkedIn posts get likes but no enquiries. Why?
Because the audience is other trainers. Write about the problem a manager has on Monday morning, comment where HR heads gather, and keep the programme page one click away.
Can we post photographs from a client's training room?
Only with written permission, and plenty of companies refuse. Ask at the proposal stage, when it is a line in the agreement rather than a favour afterwards.
Can we show the logos of companies we have trained?
Only with each company's permission, and some contracts forbid it outright. Certificates and your own credentials are safe to show. A line saying you have worked with companies in a sector, without names, is a fair way to show range.
Is a free webinar a good way to find corporate buyers?
It can be, if you ask each registrant for their role and company and have a named follow-up for the people who fit. Without that, you collect an audience of students and other trainers. Keep the pitch short, and call the HR heads who attended.
Do we need to be empanelled with a company before we can train there?
Often, yes, for larger companies. Procurement usually wants GST and PAN details, bank information and sometimes an MSME certificate before it raises a purchase order. We keep these in a ready kit, so an approved proposal does not lose weeks to paperwork.
Should a trainer publish rates on the website?
For corporate programmes, usually not, since the fee depends on group size, days and customisation. For life coaching packages, a starting price can save time on discovery calls with people who cannot afford the package.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
