Furniture designers · Digital marketing

Put the studio in front of buyers and specifiers across search, social and trade.

Digital marketing for a furniture designer is the plan that joins your website, search, social profiles and messages into one route from seeing a piece to commissioning it. GullySales works on choosing the few channels that suit a studio and connecting them to a quote.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For furniture designers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A studio cannot do everything”

Search, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, email, ads and a blog together would fill a team's day. A designer has a bench to run. The plan picks the two or three channels that reach your buyers and leaves the rest alone.

  • “Every channel must lead to the same place”

A post, a search result and a message should each take the buyer to a piece page and a quote form. When they lead to different places, or nowhere, effort is spent and no enquiry results.

  • “Specifiers and homeowners need different channels”

Interior designers are reached through LinkedIn, trade pages and introductions. Homeowners come through search and Pinterest. A plan that treats them as one audience misses both.

  • “Measurement gets skipped”

Without a record of where an enquiry came from, you cannot tell which channel earns its effort. A source field on every enquiry costs nothing and tells you what to keep.

What we do

What we deliver for furniture designers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for your buyers

A written choice of channels by buyer type, with the reason and the job of each.

Result: You know where effort goes and where it does not.

  2. A site and quote route that every channel feeds

Piece pages and a quote form that posts, search and messages all point to.

Result: Every channel ends at a way to ask.

  3. A content base

Piece pages, a commission guide and making-of material that serve search, social and the trade pack alike.

Result: One body of work feeds all the channels.

  4. A source record

A field on every enquiry for where it came from, filled in each time.

Result: You can compare channels by enquiries and orders.

  5. A look at what to change

A reading of the source record with a decision on what to stop, keep and try.

Result: The plan changes based on your own results.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small studio start?
With the website's piece pages and quote form, then search and one social platform. Those give a base that the other channels use. Add the rest after the base is working.
Do we need an agency?
Not for all of it. You need clear pages, a tracker and a few steady habits. GullySales can set these up and hand them over so you can run them.
How do we know if it is working?
Count enquiries with a size and budget, quotes sent and advances taken, by source. If those rise for a channel, keep it. If likes rise and enquiries do not, change the channel or the route.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
