Hospitality interior designers · Digital marketing

Join search, Instagram and introductions into one route from owner to concept meeting.

Digital marketing for a hospitality interior designer is the joined-up use of your website, search, social media, messaging and paid ads to bring hotel and restaurant owners to a concept meeting. GullySales works on how these parts connect and which ones deserve your effort.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Interior designers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Site measurement and BOQ. Turn measurements into a BOQ by room and item, priced by running feet or square feet from your own rate list. A version is saved for every change, so the approved BOQ is never in doubt.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For hospitality interior designers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel does a different job”

Search brings an owner who already knows what they want. Instagram shows atmosphere to someone not yet looking. LinkedIn reaches architects and operators. Messaging keeps a live project moving. Running all five at once without roles for each spreads a small studio thin, so each gets a clear purpose.

  • “Paid ads suit a planned moment”

An advertisement shown to hotel and restaurant owners in a tourist town before the season, when refurbishments are planned, has a reason to exist. A permanent advert for interior design in general does not. The money should follow a moment when owners are deciding.

  • “Without one enquiry record the channels cannot be compared”

A studio that notes its enquiries in a phone, a notebook and an inbox cannot tell whether Instagram or search brought the signed fee. One record with a source on each enquiry is what makes any marketing decision about money or time possible.

What we do

What we deliver for hospitality interior designers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A short document that gives search, Instagram, LinkedIn, messaging and introductions a defined job and an owner in the studio.

Result: Each channel has a purpose and a person.

  2. Campaign calendar around owner decisions

A plan of when to push each venue type, such as tourist-town refurbishments or restaurant expansion.

Result: Effort is timed to when owners decide.

  3. Paid ads for a chosen moment

Advertisements written for a venue type and town, with a landing page and an enquiry form built for them.

Result: Each ad leads to a page about the venue it names.

  4. Source reporting

A readable summary of enquiries, concept meetings and signed projects by source, set against the baseline taken at the start.

Result: You can see which channel earns its place.

  5. Stop and start decisions

A review of what to continue, change or drop, based on the record.

Result: Time and money move away from sources that bring no concept meetings.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need all of these channels?
No. A small studio can do well with a good website, search pages for its venue types, an active Instagram and introductions to architects. We recommend the smallest set that fits your studio and add others when the record says so.
What budget do hospitality designers need for ads?
There is no standard figure, and we will not invent one. Start with a small test aimed at one venue type in one town, read what came of it in the record, and decide on more only if it earned concept meetings.
Can digital marketing replace referrals?
No, and it should not try. Referrals come with trust already built. Digital marketing adds owners who do not know anyone who knows you, and it gives referred owners a place to check you before they call.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
