HVAC contractors · Digital marketing

Aim every online channel at the engineer who shortlists, not the general public.

Digital marketing for an HVAC contractor brings together the website, search, LinkedIn, ads and messaging into one plan aimed at consultants, builders and plant owners. Broad reach wastes money here. GullySales decides with you which channel serves which buyer and what each is expected to show.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For HVAC contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Reach is cheap, the right reader is not”

A million impressions in a city reach homes that want a split AC. Your buyers number a few hundred consultants, builders and engineers. Spend should follow named roles and system searches, not volume.

  • “Each channel has one job”

The website holds proof. Search catches people who know what they need. LinkedIn keeps you in front of consultants. WhatsApp handles the reply. When one channel is asked to do all four, none does it well.

  • “Paid search suits room-specific terms”

Searches for cold room installation, clean room ducting or industrial ventilation come from buyers with a project. Ads on these terms, sent to a matching page, are easier to judge than ads on general air conditioning.

  • “Measurement should follow the offer”

Clicks matter less than whether a bill of quantities arrived from a new consultant or a plant engineer asked for a site visit. The plan names these outcomes at the start and records them.

What we do

What we deliver for HVAC contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer

A one-page plan showing which channel reaches which role, what it carries and how it is checked.

Result: Each buyer role has a channel and a purpose written down.

  2. A measurement sheet tied to enquiries

A record of enquiries, consultants reached and offers sent, tagged by source.

Result: You can see which channel preceded each enquiry.

  3. Google Ads for project searches

Campaigns on room and system terms, with landing pages and forms asking for area and need, within a budget you set.

Result: Ads send project searches to matching pages with a form.

  4. LinkedIn outreach to named consultants

Messages and profile work aimed at named MEP consultants and facility heads, with project notes to share.

Result: A list of contacts messaged and replies noted.

  5. A periodic review with your engineers

A conversation on what was learned, what to drop and what to repeat, with your engineers' input on enquiry quality.

Result: The plan is revised after reading the record.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What budget do we need?
It depends on the number of buyers you want to reach and the channels chosen. We set the plan against what you can spend and make no promise on what it will return.
Should we start with ads or the website?
The website first. Ads and outreach send people to it, so it must show systems, sites and a form that captures project details.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
By the record of enquiries, sources and offers sent. If new consultants send bills of quantities and engineers ask for visits, the plan is doing its part. We read the record with you.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
