HVAC contractors · WhatsApp marketing

Turn the floor plan that arrives on WhatsApp into a proper first reply.

WhatsApp marketing for an HVAC contractor is about the first reply to a drawing, the sharing of project photographs with consultants and the follow-up on offers in the channel buyers already use. GullySales builds the questions, the saved replies and the record so a chat does not stay a chat.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For HVAC contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A plan arrives with one line asking for a rate”

Someone sends a floor plan and asks the price. A guessed figure damages trust when the real load comes out higher. A set of questions on use, hours, heat sources and ceiling height makes the first reply useful.

  • “Chats vanish when a phone changes”

Offers, drawings and decisions sit in individual phones. When an engineer moves on, the history goes with them. Key messages need to be copied to the offer log on the day it arrives.

  • “Consultants use WhatsApp for quick checks”

A short photo of a finished duct run or a plant room, sent with permission and a caption, answers a consultant's question faster than a document. Keep it professional and relevant.

  • “Broadcasts can irritate project buyers”

Mass messages to consultants read as spam. A message to a named person about a specific system, sent after an introduction, is welcome. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging and consent.

What we do

What we deliver for HVAC contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business set-up

A business profile with a clear description, catalogue of system types, working hours and greeting that asks for building use and area.

Result: The profile tells a visitor you do project HVAC, and what to send.

  2. Saved replies for drawing enquiries

Short replies asking load questions, confirming receipt and explaining the next step, edited by your engineer.

Result: A drawing receives an informed first reply.

  3. A chat-to-log routine

A rule that each enquiry, drawing and decision on WhatsApp is copied into the offer log with date and contact.

Result: Every WhatsApp enquiry has a record in the log.

  4. Consent and contact list rules

A list of who has agreed to receive project updates, and the plain wording used to ask for permission.

Result: You know which contacts agreed to be messaged.

  5. A project photo share routine

A method for sending selected site photographs to consultants with captions, after client permission.

Result: Photographs sent carry a caption and a permission note.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we use broadcast lists to reach consultants?
Only for people who have agreed to receive them, and sparingly. Personal messages to named contacts work better for project buyers. Check the platform's current rules before any bulk messaging.
Should the reply to a plan include a price?
Not before the load questions are answered. A range quoted blind can lock you into a number the real load does not support. Say what you need and when you will send the offer.
Can WhatsApp connect to the CRM?
Some tools allow it. Where they do not, a copy of the message into the log works. We pick the simplest route that your team will keep up.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
