Industrial construction contractors · Digital marketing

Choose the few online channels that reach plant buyers, and skip the rest.

Digital marketing for an industrial construction contractor means choosing which online channels reach plant heads, consultants and suppliers, and recording what each brings. For this trade the useful channels are few. GullySales picks them from your enquiry record and builds only those.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For industrial construction contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Most channels reach the wrong people”

A widely shared advertisement reaches homeowners and small builders. Your buyer is a narrow group. Spreading effort across every platform wastes the small team you have.

  • “The website, listing and a few relationships come first”

Before any advertisement, a plant head who looks you up should find a clear site, a verified listing and work they can understand. Paid effort on a weak base only buys visits that leave.

  • “Directories bring mixed enquiries”

IndiaMART and similar listings bring enquiries for flooring, sheds and foundations, but also price-only requests. Decide whether you want that kind of enquiry and who will sort it.

  • “Every channel needs a cost per work order”

A channel that brings a stream of enquiries and no work orders is expensive. Measure from the first enquiry to the signed order, not to the number of calls.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial construction contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel choice from your own record

A short recommendation of which channels to use, based on where past work orders came from.

Result: You hold a channel list backed by your own records.

  2. A clear website and listing base

The site, Maps listing and directory profiles brought to a consistent, accurate state.

Result: A buyer who checks you online finds the same facts everywhere.

  3. Targeted ads only where justified

Search ads for specific, urgent jobs in named areas, set up only when the cost per work order supports it.

Result: Any ad has a stated reason and a tracked cost.

  4. Enquiry tracking by source

A sheet or record that notes the source of each enquiry and what became of it.

Result: You can see cost and work orders for each source.

  5. A review of what to stop

A look at channels that bring no work orders, with a recommendation to drop or change them.

Result: You know which effort to stop.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we be on every platform?
No. A narrow trade needs a narrow plan. We pick the channels your buyers use and drop the others. More channels mean more upkeep, with no gain if the buyer is not there.
How do we know if it works?
Trace each work order back to its first source and compare the marketing cost. Enquiry counts alone mislead. We set up that trace first, so judgement rests on your own records.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
