Industrial park developers · WhatsApp marketing

Answer a manufacturer on WhatsApp with the plot map and the specification attached.

WhatsApp marketing for an industrial park means handling enquiries, sending papers and confirming site visits on the channel the owner already uses. GullySales works on the business number, quick replies, message templates and the rules that keep every chat on the enquiry record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Warehouse and industrial park developers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Park layout, plots and sheds. List each plot, shed and warehouse bay with its phase, area, specification, rate and status, so leasing sees what is vacant, held, let or due for renewal at a glance.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For industrial park developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first message is a question about the basics”

A manufacturer writes to ask about power, price per acre or whether sheds are free. A reply that sends the specification sheet and a plot map answers more than three lines of text and a request to call.

  • “Chats sit on personal phones”

When enquiries land on a salesperson's own number, the park loses the history if that person leaves. A business number with shared access keeps the chat, the papers sent and the promises made.

  • “Forwarded papers travel further than the sender”

A banker or partner receives the plot map from the owner and not from you. The file must carry the park's name, the date and the revision, so a stale version is easy to spot.

  • “Bulk messages to strangers harm the number”

Sending offers to a purchased list brings complaints and puts the business number at risk. Messages go to people who asked for them, and the platform's current rules on business messaging apply.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial park developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business set-up for the park

Business profile, catalogue of plots and sheds, greeting message and away message, on a number the park controls.

Result: The number belongs to the park, not to one employee.

  2. Quick replies with attached papers

Saved answers to the questions asked again and again, each with the relevant map or specification sheet attached.

Result: A new salesperson can send a correct first reply.

  3. Visit confirmation messages

A message with date, time, gate pin, contact name and what to bring, sent after a visit is booked.

Result: Each visit has a confirmation in the chat.

  4. Opt-in updates for advisers

A broadcast list of consultants and bankers who agreed to hear of new plots, sheds and approvals.

Result: Every person on the list has a record of consent.

  5. Chat logging into the CRM

A rule for copying the plot, the promise and the next step from a chat to the prospect record.

Result: The prospect record matches what was said in the chat.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we use the regular WhatsApp app for the park?
You can start there, but a business account with a catalogue and quick replies is better. For several staff on one number, ask about the platform's multi-device and business API options and check its current rules.
Is it right to message past enquirers about a new phase?
If they asked to hear from you, yes. If they only made a single enquiry long ago, a personal message from the salesperson who spoke to them is safer than a broadcast. Follow the platform's current rules.
Who answers when the sales head is on site?
Decide in advance. A named person covers the chat during site hours and hands over by writing a note on the record. A manufacturer who waits for two days may already be standing in another park.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
